DAY 143 PART 2

CARDIO STREAK 143
STRENGTH STREAK 91

FINISHED A SHORT WORKOUT. STILL A LITTLE UNDER THE WEATHER SO I DON'T WANT TO OVER DO IT. DID 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER AND 10 MINUTES OF STRENGTH. IF I FEEL GOOD TOMORROW I'LL BE GOING FOR A NICE LONG WALK AND DO EXTRA STRENGTH TRAINING. I'M JUST REAL TIRED RIGHT NOW AND WILL PROBABLY GO TO BED EARLY. I WILL GET UP IN THE MORNING AND WORK ON MY RESEARCH PAPER BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE. HOPEFULLY I'LL SLEEP LATE.

DAY 143 - WEIGH IN

CARDIO STREAK 142
STRENGTH STREAK 90

I HAVE NOT DONE MY EXERCISE YET BUT WILL WHEN I GET HOME FROM WORK.
APPARENTLY MY EATING MORE OF MY CALORIE RANGE WORKED IN SOME RESPECTS. I APPARENTLY GAINED 4 POUNDS THIS WEEK EVEN THOUGH MY MEASUREMENTS WENT DOWN. MORE MUSCLE I HAVE A LOWER BODY FAT %. THE THING IS MY WAIST AND HIPS WENT DOWN THE SAME AMOUNT SO NO GAIN IN MY HIP TO WAIST RATIO. WHAT DO I DO NEXT. WILL BLOG AGAIN LATER.

    Sometimes inches rule. I don't track those measurements but wish I did.

    I agree with other about the 4 pounds. I bet it will be off in no time. And I agree with you about the hip/waist ratio thing...so annoying. Congrats on the loss of inches and muscle gain!

    That 4 pounds could be anything...wait a bit before you make any big changes...I'll bet that 4 pounds comes off as quickly as it appeared!

    Don't worry about the 4lbs, at least the measurements are going down. Thats were I always see the most results. You are doing great!!!!

    Don't worry about the four pounds, it could be fluid retention from not feeling well the other day. Since you lost inches, it's probably nothing to stress over!

I MANAGED 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER AND A STRETCH FOLLOWED BY 10 MINUTES STRENGTH TRAINING. I'VE BEEN CONGESTED ALL DAY SO THAT WAS A GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT. HOPEFULLY I'LL FEEL BETTER IN THE AM.

STRENGTH STREAK 89

SO I DID 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 20 MINUTES OF STRENGTH. I FINALLY DID 10 REPS WITH 15 POUNDS ON ALTERNATING BICEP CURLS WHICH IS A HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT SINCE I COULD ONLY DO REPS OF 5.
I WILL DO AN HOUR ON MY RESEARCH PAPER TONIGHT.

I HAVEN'T ACTUALLY DONE MY CARDIO BUT ITS TUESDAY. THAT MEANS BOWLING TONIGHT SO I DID 15 MINUTES OF STRENGTH AND A STRETCH. I DID NOT START WORKING ON MY RESEARCH PAPER YET. I DO HAVE MY OUTLINE DONE WITH A FEW REFERENCES BUT NOT ANY OF THE PAPER ITSELF SO TOMORROW NIGHT I WILL START WORKING ON THAT. AN HOUR A NIGHT THIS WEEK AND THEN ALL WEEKEND. I STILL HAVE NEXT WEEK BECAUSE I'M ON VACATION. I NEED TO STUDY FOR MY MID-TERM ALSO THOUGH. BETTER FINISH SPARKING AND GET READY FOR WORK.
