DAY 148

CARDIO STREAK 148
STRENGTH STREAK 96

OK SO TODAY I'M IN A KINDA LAZY MOOD. I DID DO 30 MINUTES OF CARDIO FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH. THEN I ATE MY 1/2 CUP OATMEAL, 1/2 CUP CHOCOLATE MILK, BANANA, AND TBSP PEANUT BUTTER. THEN I STARTED SPARKING AND DIDN'T WANT TO DO MY STRENGTH. MY SIDE HURT FROM DOING CORE WORK YESTERDAY. I FORCED MYSELF TO DO MY LYING ADDUCTION BECAUSE I DO THOSE FOR MY KNEE. THEN I WENT BACK TO BED AND THOUGH I DIDN'T FALL BACK TO SLEEP I RELAXED FOR 1/2 AN HOUR. I JUST GOT BACK UP A LITTLE WHILE AGO AND DID MY PUSH-UP AND CRUNCH TESTS. I WILL NOT BE DOING MORE STRENGTH TODAY THOUGH I MAY GO FOR A WALK WITH ROBIN AND THE BOYS OR GET ON MY STAIR MASTER LATER. FOR NOW I'M DONE. I'M GOING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT'S FOR LUNCH AND TRY TO FINISH MY RESEARCH PAPER.

STRENGTH STREAK 95

OK I'M OFF THIS WEEK AND SPENT YESTERDAY CLEANING THE BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM, AND DINING ROOM. TODAY I GOT UP AGAIN EARLY 5:30. ONCE THE ALARM GOES OFF FOR NICK I CAN'T FALL BACK TO SLEEP. IT DOESN'T HELP THAT LEXI MY CAT POKES AT ME OR PURRS IN MY FACE. SHE WANTS ME TO GET UP AND FEED HER. SO I CLEANED THE BATHROOM. THEN I TOOK MY VITAMINS, ATE MY BANANA AND PEANUT BUTTER, AND DID MY EXERCISE.
I DID 35 MINUTES OF STRENGTH FOLLOWED BY 20 MINUTES OF STAIR MASTER AND A STRETCH. I HAVE BOWLING TONIGHT AND DIDN'T WANT TO OVERDO. I WILL NOW CLEAN THE KITCHEN AND GET MY SHOWER. I NEED IT.

I'M TIRED ALREADY. ITS 8:00 AM. I WAS UP AT 5:30 PULLED APART THE BED,WASHED THE BLANKET AND COMFORTER, SWEPT THE FLOORS, MADE AND ATE AN EGG BEATER OMELET AND SPARKED. THEN I DID JUST ENOUGH EXERCISE TO KEEP MY STREAKS ALIVE.5 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER AND 5 MINUTES OF STRENGTH. I WILL DO MORE LATER BUT NOW I NEED TO RUN TO GET MY ALLERGY SHOTS SINCE I DIDN'T GET THEM LAST WEEK BECAUSE I WAS UNDER THE WEATHER. THEN STOP AT THE STORE TO GET SOME CLEANING SUPPLIES BECAUSE I BOUGHT GROCERIES AND NOT CLEANING SUPPLIES. THEN I WILL COME HOME AND FINISH ALL THE THINGS I STARTED. I'LL JUST STATUS THINGS I GET ACCOMPLISHED WHEN I GET HOME INSTEAD OF RE-BLOGGING.

I DECIDED TO RE WEIGH MYSELF THIS MORNING AND I'M BACK TO THE 130 POUNDS THAT WAS MY GOAL WEIGHT.
SO I HAD OATMEAL WITH AN APPLE ALMONDS AND CINNAMON IN IT. I WAS GOING TO THE MARKET THIS MORNING AFTER MY EXERCISE. WELL MAYBE IF IT STOPS POURING.
I DID 20 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING AND A 15 MINUTES .9 MILE WALK. I WILL SAY I WAS MAKING BETTER TIME THEN MY KNEE STARTED TO ACHE. SHORTLY AFTER THAT IT STARTED TO RAIN. NOT AS HEAVY AS IT IS RAINING NOW BUT I COULDN'T HURRY BECAUSE MY KNEE WAS THROBBING. i AM GOING TO SEE ABOUT THOSE SUPERFEET SUSUSUZZIE GOT WHILE I'M ON VACATION THIS WEEK. THEY SELL THEM AT THE PLAZA I WORK AT AND WILL BE GOING THERE TO GET DINNER BEFORE CLASS THURSDAY NIGHT ANYWAY. THOUGH WITH THE RAIN I PROBABLY HAVE A TOUCH OF ARTHRITIS.

SO I GOT UP AT 6:00 PUT AWAY 4 LOADS OF LAUNDRY GOT ABOUT 2 PAGES OF MY RESEARCH PAPER DONE WHILE I ATE A YOGURT, AND LATER A BANANA W/ PEANUT BUTTER.
THEN I DECIDED TO GET MY EXERCISE IN. I DID 30 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A NICE LONG STRETCH. THOUGH I MAY GO STRETCH SOME MORE MY CALVES ARE TIGHT. I THEN DID 25 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. IF IT STOPS RAINING ROBIN AND THE BOYS ARE GOING TO COME OVER AND GO FOR A WALK LATER.
I'VE ALREADY DRANK MY 8 GLASSES OF WATER AND ITS ALMOST 11:00 AM EASTERN TIME. I'M GOING TO WORK ON MY PAPER SOME MORE AND TOMORROW I'LL GO TO THE GROCERY STORE.
I DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO PUT IN AN OMELET THIS MORNING SO I'LL HAVE THAT MONDAY OR FOR LUNCH TOMORROW. I WILL EAT OMELETS ANY TIME OF DAY. TONIGHT WE ARE HAVING PORK CHOPS BUT I'M NOT SURE WHAT WE ARE HAVING WITH THEM. I MAY MAKE PASTA INSTEAD OF POTATOES THOUGH I LOVE POTATOES. I USUALLY EAT ONE A DAY EITHER RED OR SWEET.
NICK CAME HOME FROM HUNTING AND NOW IS WORKING IN THE GARAGE. AT LEAST IF HE BLOWS THE BREAKER ITS NOT THE ONE WITH THE COMPUTER ON. I'LL WORK ON MY PAPER NOW.
