STRENGTH STREAK 101

SO ITS BACK TO WORK. I GOT UP AND DID 10 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER. THEN I STRETCHED AND DID 25 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I WILL DO MORE CARDIO WHEN I GET HOME IN BETWEEN EXTRA STUDYING FOR MY MID-TERM THURSDAY.

CARDIO STREAK 152
STRENGTH STREAK 100

I WAS UP AT 5:30 THIS MORNING WHEN NICK WENT HUNTING. SO FAR HE'S BROUGHT HOME 2 TURKEYS AND 3 DUCKS. OUR FREEZER IS FULL. I COULDN'T BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDED TO GO INTO IT. I WAS HOME FROM THE GROCERY STORE AT 7:00 THEN I ATE A GRAPEFRUIT WHILE I CAUGHT UP MY SPARKING. I LEFT MY emoticonS A LITTLE EARLY LAST NIGHT. I WILL NEED TO TAKE SOMETHING OUT FOR DINNER TOMORROW NIGHT WHICH WILL HELP A LITTLE. TONIGHT ITS LEFTOVERS. TURKEY BURGER FOR ME AND GOULASH FOR NICK.

SO I KEPT MY EXERCISE STREAKS GOING. I DID 20 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 15 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I WANT TO STUDY SOME MORE NOW AND WILL BE ABLE TO EXERCISE MORE LATER. TOMORROW ITS BACK TO WORK. YUCK. I'M SURE I'LL HAVE MORE WORK TO CATCH UP ON BECAUSE JOY PROBABLY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WHILE I WAS GONE.

FRIDAY WHEN I WEIGH IN I'LL GET MY MEASUREMENTS AGAIN. MY CLOTHES SEEM LIKE THEY ARE GETTING BIGGER SO WE'LL SEE.

STRENGTH STREAK 99

I WAS UP EARLY HAD AN OMELET FOR BREAKFAST.

I WANTED TO GET MY STRENGTH TRAINING IN THIS MORNING. IT IS SUPPOSED TO GET NICE LATER AND I'LL DO MOST OF MY CARDIO THIS AFTERNOON. I'LL BE ABLE TO GO OUT FOR A NICE LONG WALK THEN. SO I WANTED TO GET MT HEART RATE UP A LITTLE. I DID 10 MINUTES ON THE STAIR MASTER . THEN I DID 30 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I'LL STRETCH AFTER MY LONG WALK LATER.

I'M GOING TO STUDY FOR NOW.

DAY 150 WOO HOO

CARDIO STREAK 150
STRENGTH STREAK 98

I GOT A LATE START TO THE DAY.HAD A FIBER ONE BAR W/ PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA, AND A HALF CUP OF FAT FREE CHOCOLATE MILK. ITS ALMOST 11:30 AM AND I HAVEN'T GOT AS MUCH STUFF DONE AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED. I MANAGED 10 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH. I WANT TO GET OUTSIDE LATER. ITS SUPPOSED TO GET UP TO 65. I'M EXCITED. I ALSO DID 25 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING.

I DID START STUDYING FOR MY MID-TERM AT LEAST. I WILL DO SOME MORE OF THAT IN A LITTLE WHILE WHILE I EAT SOME LUNCH. I'M HUNGRY ALREADY. AT LEAST ITS ALMOST LUNCH TIME.

TUNA SALAD ON TOP OF TOSSED SALAD WITH ALMONDS AND APPLES. I COME UP WITH THESE IDEAS AND HOPE THEY TASTE OK. THE LITTLE MAYO I'LL USE WITH SOME OF THE TUNA WATER WILL BE MY DRESSING.

    Hey, you're doing amazing! And way ahead of me on the day. I got up today and decided not to have a day at all, so a late start is better than no start. I'm so impressed by your exercise streaks! I think once I get my footing back on here, I'll plan for something similar. I'm definitely inspired!

SINCE I'M ON VACATION THIS WEEK I'VE BEEN ABLE TO GET EXTRA EXERCISE FROM MY NORMAL IN I'VE AVERAGED 80 MINUTES A DAY. TODAY I HAVE DONE SO FAR 35 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER WITH A STRETCH. THEN I DID 30 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING.

I FINISHED MY ROUGH DRAFT OF MY RESEARCH PAPER YESTERDAY. emoticon
I HAVE CLASS TONIGHT SO I'M GOING TO GO GET MY ALLERGY SHOTS TONIGHT THEN I NEED TO GO TO WORK TO PAY A CREDIT CARD BILL THAT'S DUE TODAY AND A VENDOR BILL. I JUST NEED THE CREDIT CARD #. I HAVE TO MAKE DINNER AND PACK MY SNACK BEFORE I GO.
TOMORROW I HAVE TO START STUDYING FOR MY MID-TERM.

I THINK I'LL SEE IF ROBIN AND THE BOYS WANT TO GO FOR A WALK. THEN TAKE A NAP
