DAY 158

CARDIO STREAK 158
STRENGTH STREAK 106

I'M EXHAUSTED AND STILL HAVE HOMEWORK TO FINISH. I WAS AWAKE AT 3:00 WITH A HEADACHE AND DIDN'T FALL BACK TO SLEEP UNTIL ALMOST 5. I DID TAKE TYLENOL EXTRA STRENGTH AND MY ALLEGRA AND USED MY NASAL SPRAY. THEN I WAS BACK UP AT 6. SO ITS BEEN A SLOW DAY.

I HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN STOPPING STUDYING TO GET A LITTLE EXERCISE IN BUT FINALLY GOT A GOOD CHUNK IN. I DID 5 MINUTES WALKING OUTSIDE THEN IT STARTED TO RAIN. THEN I DID 20 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING IN BETWEEN SOME OF MY HOMEWORK QUESTIONS. I JUST DID 10 MINUTES ON THE STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH. I'LL GET SOME MORE STAIR MASTER IN LATER DURING THE RACE.

THE HEADACHE IS GONE BUT I STILL DON'T FEEL GREAT I THINK I'LL TRY TO FINISH MY HOMEWORK AND TAKE A NAP BEFORE THE RACE SO I'LL BE ABLE TO WATCH IT. I PREFER DAY RACES.

YESTERDAY NICK WAS LOOKING OVER MY SHOULDER WHILE I WAS SPARKING COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW STUPID IT IS I SHOULD BE EXERCISING NOT DOING THIS. SO I MADE IT SHORT AND SWEET. BUT TODAY HE HAS GONE TO WORK. I UNDERSTAND I NEED TO EXERCISE AND THINK I'VE DONE A GOOD JOB OF IT SO FAR. I KNOW IT'LL GET TOUGHER AND TOUGHER THE CLOSER I GET TO CHRISTMAS BUT WILL KEEP PLUGGING AWAY UNTIL I CAN'T.

I STARTED OUT MY DAY WITH MY WEIGH IN. I DIDN'T GAIN I DIDN'T LOSE EVERY THING IS GOOD. I'VE MAINTAINED MY 130 POUNDS FOR THE FIRST TIME. WHILE DOING MY WEIGH IN I DID LOSE .5 INCH ON MY WAIST TO BRING MY HIP-TO WAIST DOWN TO .75 FROM .78. I AM HAPPY WITH THAT. I ALSO DID THE PUSHUP AND CRUNCH TESTS. 50 MODIFIED PUSHUPS. I REALLY STRUGGLED TO GET THE LAST COUPLE. THEN 58 CRUNCHES ALSO STRUGGLED IN THE LAST FEW SECONDS. STILL I AM GETTING BETTER.AFTER THAT I DID 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH. AND ANOTHER 10 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I CAN DO MORE TONIGHT OF EITHER OR BOTH.

STRUGGLED ON ONE QUESTION ON THE MID-TERM BUT OVERALL THING I DID OK. I WOULDN'T SAY IT WAS MY GREATEST MOMENT. I NEED TO MAINTAIN MY 3.6 GPA. AT LEAST MY PAPER IS DONE I WILL TRY TO IMPROVE IT THOUGH BEFORE IT IS DUE. I NEED TO GET MY SHOWER AND GET TO WORK.

    Great job! On all of it! I am so impressed with your ability to work out and achieve so much while going to school and achieving so much! You are a powerhouse girl!

The thing about Spark is it keeps us motivated and allows us to have fun while staying on track by interacting with other or taking quizes, reading articals...that kind of thing. How many of us have failed at this with our Spark. Alot. Me included. I say Spark on! emoticon

SO I KNOW I NEED TO COME HOME AND DO SOME LAST MINUTE STUDYING FOR MY MID-TERM TOMORROW. I GOT MOST OF MY EXERCISE IN THIS MORNING. DID 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY STRETCH AND 25 MINUTES OF STRENGTH. THIS WAY IF I DON'T GET TO DO MORE LATER ITS JUST EXTRA CARDIO THOUGH A WALK THIS EVENING WOULD BE GOOD.

I AM STILL TRYING TO GET CAUGHT UP AT WORK. THE ONLY THINGS JOY DID WHILE I WAS GONE WERE DEPOSITS AND PAYROLL. I GOT THROUGH CRABTREE'S PAPERWORK MONDAY AND YESTERDAY. PAID SOME BILLS AND ENTERED INVOICES. PEARL GRANT I PAID SOME BILLS AND ENTERED MONTHLY EXPENSES. I ALSO ORGANIZED INVOICES AND PACKING SLIPS IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER. I ALSO ENTERED PURCHASE ORDERS INTO MY BOSS'S SPREADSHEET. SO TODAY I WILL MATCH PURCHASE ORDERS TO THE INVOICES AND PACKING SLIPS. THEN ENTER INVOICES INTO THE PURCHASE ORDER REPORT AND QUICK BOOKS.
BETTER GET SPARKING.
