STRENGTH STREAK 111

I WAS SERIOUSLY THINKING TWICE ABOUT GETTING OUT OF BED THIS MORNING. I DID I WAS AWAKE WITH A HEADACHE AGAIN AT 2:00 THIS MORNING. GOT BACK TO SLEEP AROUND 3:00 SO AT 5:00 I WAS IN NO MOOD TO GET UP. I PUT THE CLOTHES IN THE DRYER THAT I PUT IN THE WASHER AT 2:30 SO THEY WOULD BE DRY WHEN I LEAVE THE HOUSE THIS MORNING. I GOT SOME OF MY SPARK POINTS THEN DECIDED I WOULD DO SOME EXERCISE. I HAVE CLASS TONIGHT SO THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I HAVE TO DO IT.

I DID 10 MINUTES OF STRENGTH FOLLOWED BY 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH. THAT'S ALL FOR ME TODAY. I DON'T FEEL LIKE EATING BREAKFAST RIGHT NOW AND I'M ALREADY READY TO GO TO WORK. I WILL CHECK IN LATER NEED TO FINISH LOOKING AT MY FRIEND FEED NOW.

I AM EXHAUSTED DIDN'T GET HOME UNTIL 9:00 LAST NIGHT. GOT UP AND DID 10 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 25 MINUTES OF STRENGTH. I WILL DO MORE CARDIO WHEN I GET HOME.

    Exercise is a great way to start each day, even for a few minutes. It gives a jump-start to our blood circulation which, in turn, gets to "cob webs" out of our brain for better thinking. You are doing great!

SO I'M STARVING THIS MORNING AND WILL BE HAVING BREAKFAST SOON. I DID 5 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER AND 10 MINUTES STRENGTH WITH MY STRETCH. I WILL BE BOWLING TONIGHT AND DON'T LIKE TO WORK TOO HARD IN THE MORNING. I'M TIRED BY THE TIME I'M DONE ANYWAYS. BETTER FINISH SPARKING.

I DID 10 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 15 MINUTES OF STRENGTH. I WILL PROBABLY DO MORE WHEN I GET HOME.

I'M TIRED AND HAVE TO START GETTING READY FOR WORK. MONDAYS SUCK.

SLEPT A LITTLE LATE THIS MORNING HAD AN OMELET WITH LEFTOVER HAM FROM DINNER, TOMATO, MUSHROOMS, ONIONS AND LAUGHING COW CHEESE. I HAD A THOMAS HONEY WHEAT ENGLISH MUFFIN WITH I CAN'T BELIEVE ITS NOT BUTTER WITH MY OMELET. THEN I DID A LITTLE SPARKING AND SOME EXERCISE.

I DID 10 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 25 MINUTES OF STRENGTH.
