I'M A LITTLE SLOW THIS MORNING. I HAVEN'T QUITE GOTTEN THROUGH ALL MY SPARKING AND WILL HAVE TO FINISH AT WORK. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO STOP TO THE STORE ON MY WAY IN. I AM READY TO LEAVE AND WILL AS SOON AS I FINISH THIS BLOG.

SO TODAY IS BOWLING SO I DID 5 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER AND A STRETCH THEN I DID 20 MINUTES OF STRENGTH.

SO I GOT UP AND DID MY EXERCISE. DID 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER. THEN AFTER MY STRETCH I DID 20 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. NOW I NEED TO SPARK AND PACK MY FOOD FOR TODAY.

DAY 166 EXCITED

STRENGTH STREAK 114

SO I KEEP MY STREAK GOING. I GOT UP AND DID MY SPARKING. THEN I HAD BREAKFAST WHICH WAS A HONEY WHEAT ENGLISH MUFFIN WITH POLANER SUGAR FREE GRAPE JELLY, A BANANA, AND PEANUT BUTTER ON IT. IT WAS REALLY TASTY. THEN I WENT TO WALMART. I NEEDED A FEW THINGS AND NICK NEEDED A FACE MASK AND RUBBER REPAIR KIT TO FIX HIS HIP WADERS. HE HUNTS AND ALWAYS WEARS HIS HIP WADERS WHEN DUCK OR GOOSE HUNTING. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO GO INTO A POND TO PULL THEM OUT. HE'S HAVING GOOSE FOR DINNER TONIGHT. I'M GOING TO HAVE LEFT OVER PORK CHOPS BECAUSE THEY ARE A LOT LESS FATTENING. SO ANYWAYS WHILE AT WALMART I GOT MYSELF A PAIR OF THOSE ANKLE WEIGHT THAT YOU CAN ADJUST FROM 2-10 POUND. THEY HAVE 5 2 POUND INDIVIDUAL WEIGHTS THAT YOU CAN REMOVE. THEY ARE COOL.

NOW FOR MY EXERCISE. I WALKED DOWN TO STEWART'S TO GET MILK. 7 MINUTES DOWN 8 MINUTES BACK BECAUSE I WAS CARRYING A GALLON JUG. I CAME HOME AND STRETCHED AND TOOK 2 WEIGHTS OUT OF EACH NEW ANKLE WEIGHT TO MAKE THEM 6 POUNDS. WITH MY OLD WEIGHT I WAS DOING 2 SETS 100-200 REPS OF MY LYING ADDUCTION WHICH I HAVE TO DO TO KEEP MY KNEE HEALTHY AT 3 POUNDS. I DID NOT WANT TO OVER DO IT SO I DID 3 SETS AT 30 REPS WITH THE 6 POUND WEIGHTS. I PROBABLY COULD HAVE DONE MORE BUT FIGURED THAT WAS A GOOD START. THEN I DID MY BICEP CURLS. I CAN ONLY DO 2 OR 3 SETS OF 10 SOMETIMES 15 WITH THE 15 POUND WEIGHT RIGHT NOW BUT HOPEFULLY I WILL GET STRONGER IF I KEEP DOING THEM. I WILL DO MORE EXERCISE LATER.

MY STOMACH IS A LITTLE OFF RIGHT NOW AND I HAVE AN 11:30 APPOINTMENT TO GET MY HAIR CUT. THEN ROBIN AND I ARE GOING TO TAKE THE BOYS FOR A WALK BEFORE LUNCH. AFTER LUNCH IT WILL BE FOOTBALL, RACING, AND BASEBALL. I WILL DO MORE STRENGTH THEN AS WELL AS HALF AN HOUR ON STAIR MASTER.

I WAS UP EARLY AGAIN BUT THINK I'LL GO TAKE A NAP. I DID GET MY HOMEWORK FINISHED AND WILL PROBABLY START NEXT WEEKS LATER OR TOMORROW. I HAVE TO GET MY CAR LATER TODAY OR TOMORROW. I ALSO NEED TO GET SOME GROCERIES TOMORROW. I WON'T TAKE THE TRUCK TO DO THAT TODAY. I MAY CALL TO SEE IF I CAN GET A HAIR CUT THOUGH. IF SHE IS IN TODAY ITS ACTUALLY WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.

SO MY WORKOUT. I DID A 20 MINUTE 1.7 MILE WALK/JOG/RUN. I DON'T KEEP TRACK OF HOW MANY MINUTES OF EACH I DO OR HAVE ANY SYSTEM. I JUST GO WITH THE FLOW. I FOLLOWED THAT UP WITH A STRETCH AND 25 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING.

DAY 164 - TEST GRADE

STRENGTH STREAK 112

ITS FRIDAY. I GOT AN 85.9 ON MY MIDTERM AND WILL STRIVE TO DO BETTER. I HAVE MY PAPER DONE IT NEEDS TO BE PEER REVIEWED IN A FEW WEEKS. I WILL ALSO STUDY MY BUTT OFF FOR THE FINAL. AT LEAST I ALWAYS GET FULL HOMEWORK AND CLASS PARTICIPATION CREDIT WHICH AT THIS POINT I THINK IS ENOUGH TO HAVE AN A. I NEED TO KEEP MY GPA OVER 3.5 BUT WOULD LIKE IT HIGHER.

I DID 10 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER AND A STRETCH FOLLOWED BY 25 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I WILL DO MORE CARDIO LATER.

I MIGHT TAKE NICK OUT FOR A BIRTHDAY DINNER AFTER WE DROP MY CAR OFF TO HAVE SOME MAINTENANCE DONE. MY CAR HAS ALMOST 120,000 MILES I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW IN 2004 SO I JUST NEED FILTERS AND FLUIDS DONE AS WELL AS SPARK PLUGS. IF NICK IS FILTHY AFTER WORK HE WON'T WANT TO GO THOUGH AND WE'LL HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WE ARE EATING ONCE WE GET HOME.

BETTER GO GET READY FOR WORK.

    That's a pretty good grade on a midterm. But, we're our own worse critics, and I understand completely the drive to do better. Good luck with peer review and final! Good job on your exercise streaks!!
