CARDIO STREAK 173
STRENGTH STREAK 121
I WILL GET MY EXERCISE AND SPARKING ENTERED .WE JUST GOT POWER BACK ITS BEEN OUT SINCE BEFORE 9:00 AM. I GOT MY EXERCISE IN THOUGH. 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 30 MINUTES STRENGTH. PLUS QUITE A FEW TRIPS THROUGH 6 INCHES OF SNOW TO THE NEIGHBORS IT WILL BE MELTED AWAY SOON THOUGH. WE HAVE TREES DOWN AND NICK AND GARY OUR NEIGHBOR ARE TRYING TO CLEAN UP.

STRENGTH STREAK 120

SO LAST NIGHT I FINISHED MY EXERCISE. NICK AND I STARTED WATCHING TV AND I FELL ASLEEP. IT WAS ABOUT 7:30. AN HOUR LATER I GOT UP AND WENT TO BED. I APPARENTLY NEEDED THE SLEEP. I WAS UP AT 5:00 THIS MORNING. I GOT UP WHEN NICK WENT HUNTING SO THAT I COULD GET TO THE GROCERY STORE EARLY. THEY ARE CALLING FOR UP TO 12 INCHES OF SNOW TONIGHT AND I DIDN'T WANT TO GET STUCK IN A CROWD. BUT APPARENTLY MOST PEOPLE MUST HAVE GONE YESTERDAY BECAUSE THEY WERE COMPLETELY OUT OF SOME THINGS. BUT THEY ALWAYS HAVE PLENTY OF FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. THEN I CAME HOME AND MADE AN OMELET WITH BROCCOLI, TOMATO, ONIONS, MUSHROOMS,AND MINI BABY-BEL LIGHT CHEESE WITH A THOMAS HONEY WHEAT ENGLISH MUFFFINS.

THEN I DID 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 20 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I'LL PROBABLY DO MORE LATER BUT NEED TO DO MY HOMEWORK NOW.

I haven't actually done my strength training yet but will after dinner.I did 30 minutes of Wii Fit Step this morning followed by a stretch. After dinner i have 25 minutes of strength planned and will get it in while watching TV. Then I will try to finish my homework.

SO I DID 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 20 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. HAVE CLASS TONIGHT SO I'LL BE BUSY. HAVE TO GET READY FOR WORK.

TIRED THOUGH WE GOT HOME EARLIER LAST NIGHT. WE BOWLED QUICKER BECAUSE 2 PEOPLE WERE NOT THERE. I BOWLED BETTER. 148 AVERAGE AND I BOWLED A 150,157, 162.

DID 10 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 15 MINUTES OF STRENGTH. I WILL DO MORE WHEN I GET HOME.

NEED TO GET READY FOR WORK I PACKED MY LUNCH AT LEAST.
