STRENGTH STREAK 126

AFTER DINNER OF DUCK IN ORANGE SAUCE AND A BAKED POTATO I DID 20 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 15 MINUTES OF STRENGTH. WORKING ON SOME LAUNDRY AND WILL PROBABLY DO MORE STAIR MASTER. TOMORROW I HAVE TO TRY TO PERFECT MY RESEARCH PAPER WE HAND THEM OFF TO OTHER STUDENTS THIS THURSDAY AND SINCE I ALREADY KNOW WHAT I NEED TO FIX I BETTER GET IT DONE.

AS I APPROACH MY 6 MONTH SPARK ANNIVERSARY. I LOOK AT WHAT I'VE ACCOMPLISHED. I LOST 5 POUNDS MORE THAN I ORIGINALLY WANTED TO AND FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF. I HAVE MADE SOME GREAT SPARK FRIENDS WHO I KNOW WILL HELP ME GET THROUGH THIS HOLIDAY SEASON. BETWEEN WORK, SCHOOL AND BOWLING I ALSO MISS MY FAMILY. I DO MY SHOPPING ONLINE OR PICK PRESENTS AND WRAP AND MAIL THEM MYSELF. I BUY GIFTS FOR THE BOYS NEXT DOOR. I USUALLY SHOP AFTER WORK SINCE I GO IN TO WORK EARLIER USUALLY. IT WILL BE DIFFICULT. I WILL NO LONGER HAVE SATURDAY TO DO HOMEWORK SO I WILL TRY TO GET MY HOMEWORK DONE IN ADVANCE.

MY EXERCISE FOR TODAY WAS 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 20 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I HAVE TO GET THE REST OF MY SPARKING DONE. I GOT UP EARLY AND PLANNED AND PACKED MY FOOD FOR THE DAY.

DID JUST ENOUGH THIS MORNING TO KEEP MY STREAKS ALIVE. TONIGHT I'LL DO MORE. DID 10 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER WITH A STRETCH AND 5 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I DIDN'T BOWL AS CONSISTENTLY THIS WEEK BOWLED JUST UNDER AVERAGE 1ST GAME WITH A 140, THEN WAY UNDER MY AVERAGE IN THE SH**HOUSE WITH A 111, THEN CAME BACK WITH A 163 LAST GAME. GOTTA GET READY FOR WORK.

Have a stairmaster and worked my way up to 60 minutes in a challenge. Blew my knee out and took months to recover. I think I'll go with occasional bowling.

HAVE BOWLING TONIGHT. SO I DID 5 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER TO GET MY HEART RATE UP. THEN I DID 20 MINUTES OF STRENGTH WITH MY STRETCH. HAPPY NOVEMBER.

I GOT UP AND ATE AN APPLE WITH MY VITAMINS THIS MORNING. THEN I DID 10 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 15 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. WILL CHECK IN TOMORROW. ITS HALLOWEEN AND I STILL HAVE TO GET MORE CANDY.
