WILL DO ANOTHER HALF OUR DURING THE FOOTBALL GAME.

CARDIO STREAK 207
STRENGTH STREAK 155

After a couple of days my hip is finally feeling better. Woke up energized this morning. Did 20 minutes stair master followed by 15 minutes of strength and a stretch. I didn't want to over do it since i have to lay on that hip to do my exercises for my knee. I may do more when I get home.

I didn't get to do any of my work yesterday. My boss was in the city and 3 people called out. I worked in the chocolate department. Great right. I was so disciplined I amazed myself. Food samples for customers every where and not just chocolate. No, we had dips and jams and all kinds of holiday treats. I didn't touch any of them. Better go to work.

STRENGTH STREAK 154

Will have to do some sparking at work. Did 20 minute WII fit free run followed by a stretch and my lying adduction for my knee. My hip is still bothering me but had to get on the floor for that. I may do more after I get home but think I need to rest a little.
Got my paper back almost no corrections. I'll fix that in the next 2 days then just study for my final in 2 weeks.

    No corrections is good, let's hope the prof sees it the same way. My legs are pretty tired today, I may take it a little easy on them over the weekend.

Still going not as strong though. I did 20 minutes on stair master which is good. I followed it up with a stretch and 5 minutes strength. I only did 5 minutes of strength because for the last couple days my hip has been sore and I didn't want to get down on the floor. I will tomorrow no matter if It's sore or not.

I finished my niece's Christmas shopping and will wrap Sunday to mail Monday. Tomorrow after work nick and I have to go get his boots for work. Every year we drive 45 minutes because of traffic to get his work boots. His boss pays for them so we make a night of it and go out to dinner. his boss figures that if he doesn't buy them new boots they would never buy them for themselves so that is part of their Christmas gift.

    That is a good way to do something that yo umight not want to do...make a day of it. Do becareful about your hip though...don't push it. There might be something wrong and you don't want to injure yourself.

Must be nice to be done Christmas shopping for your niece. I've bought WAAAAAAY too much for my niece and nephew this year and they were just born! Oh well, the love of an Aunt is the best ever! emoticon

    DH and I used to have a Boss like that. Besides our regular Christmas Bonuses, he was always buying us tickets to the College Football games, and many other things. It made working there interesting, because you never knew what he would come up with next!
Hope your soreness goes away and you can get back in your routine.

    WTG on the exercising. It's hard to do them if you are sore or sick. I'm just getting over bronchitis and it kicked my butt for 2 wks.

That's great that the boss does that for you, plus you get dinner out and a night away. how awesome is that? Have a great time. Donna
