STRENGTH STREAK 155
After a couple of days my hip is finally feeling better. Woke up energized this morning. Did 20 minutes stair master followed by 15 minutes of strength and a stretch. I didn't want to over do it since i have to lay on that hip to do my exercises for my knee. I may do more when I get home.
I didn't get to do any of my work yesterday. My boss was in the city and 3 people called out. I worked in the chocolate department. Great right. I was so disciplined I amazed myself. Food samples for customers every where and not just chocolate. No, we had dips and jams and all kinds of holiday treats. I didn't touch any of them. Better go to work.
