STRENGTH STREAK 160
I Slept later the last 2 mornings so this morning i was up early. I have class tonight so I got all my exercise in. Did 30 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and 15 minutes of strength.
We got a few inches of snow last night our first since October. We usually have several small storms by now though the last few years we haven't gotten the big storms until January, February, or even March. I'm waiting for the furnace to warm up so I can take my shower and get ready for work.
