Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.

I will be doing my exercise shortly. I decided to blog before I do my exercise though I will be getting on my stair master in a few minutes. I went over on my fat yesterday but stayed within range on every thing else. I'll do at least 40 minutes and 15 minutes of strength though maybe I'll do my strength before breakfast and my cardio after. I'm already starting to get hungry.

I want to figure out my food for the day after that. I know Linda is having Lasagna and Ham so it'll be pretty easy to determine what I'm eating. Dinner is at 2:00 so either I need a big breakfast or a small breakfast and a late morning snack. And since dinner is at 2:00 we can be home early so I can always do more exercise later.

DAY 227

Did 20 minute WII Fit Free Run followed by a stretch and 5 minutes of strength training. I weighed myself yesterday and again today because yesterday I was supposedly down to 128 this morning I was back to my 130 though I hadn't taken my measurements for over a month Ilost 1/4 to 1/2 inch here and there my hip to waist ratio is still at .75 so next year I'd like to work to get that a little lower.

The next few weeks I'll still have bowling but will again have Saturday and Sunday off and no classes so I'll take advantage of the extra time. I think I'll use a sick day this coming up week to rest and get rid of this cold.Off to work I go.

I did 30 minutes of WII Fit Free Run followed by a stretch and 5 minutes strength. Will try to do more tonight but I need to get the house cleaned up a little. I don't have much time for that this time of year. I want to get out of the house incase the rain changes over to a mix in the next little bit. I'd rather drive in rain then mix.

Did 15 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and 10 minutes of strength. Will see if I can do more when I get home. Last night I bowled. I have a 150 verage and I bowled a 148,120 and 210.

I ALMOST LET MY STRENGTH STREAK GO TODAY. I'M TIRED AND NOT FEELING THE GREATEST. I DIDN'T DO ANY MORE EXERCISE LAST NIGHT. I WENT AND GOT MY ALLERGY SHOTS YESTERDAY AND MY ARM WAS SWOLLEN AND SORE. IT'S STILL A LITTLE STIFF THIS MORNING THOUGH THE SWELLING IS GONE. THEY SAID THEY MAY HAVE GOTTEN THE SHOTS TOO CLOSE TOGETHER.

ANYWAY I DID DO MY EXERCISES FOR MY KNEE TO GET 5 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING AND I STRETCHED BECAUSE I'M KIND OF STIFF AND ACHY. TONIGHT IS BOWLING SO I WILL GET MY CARDIO IN THEN.

    I've been telling myself the same thing this morning. I don't want to exercise either but it's because my stomach is killing me. I keep getting sharp pains in it. I may still try to do some Gazelling before I go to work. Today is my last day until Dec 27 so I can't stop my streak either.. lol.. I don't give up that easily.
