CARDIO STREAK 227
STRENGTH STREAK 175
Did 20 minute WII Fit Free Run followed by a stretch and 5 minutes of strength training. I weighed myself yesterday and again today because yesterday I was supposedly down to 128 this morning I was back to my 130 though I hadn't taken my measurements for over a month Ilost 1/4 to 1/2 inch here and there my hip to waist ratio is still at .75 so next year I'd like to work to get that a little lower.
The next few weeks I'll still have bowling but will again have Saturday and Sunday off and no classes so I'll take advantage of the extra time. I think I'll use a sick day this coming up week to rest and get rid of this cold.Off to work I go.
