STRENGTH STREAK 181

Was up early. Decided to do 30 minutes of WII Fit Free Run followed by a stretch and 25 minutes of strength training. I have to go get my allergy shots this afternoon since they are closed on Monday. So I'll leave work early to take care of that.

Starting to feel better. I got a couple hours of extra sleep in yesterday. I don't know what I'm going to do about my allergy shots. I think I'll call there today though. I did do 20 minutes of stair master followed by 15 minutes of strength and a stretch.

I'm trying to figure my goals for next year. Some things I know I can try to improve but others I'm really doing the best I can. I don't want to lose more weight so its just things like reps, weight, and measurements. I think I'll make a list of all those things on Saturday and then figure out what I'd like them to be.

I'm trying to work on my goals too, but it's so hard for me b/c then if I don't meet my goal, I just feel like a complete loser and get sad about it. emoticon I'll figure out something. You'll do great with your goals b/c you're wanting to maintain and are faithful to your rountine!! emoticon

So I've not been feeling and since Joy is back today she can do the deposits. I will stay home and recover from the holidays. I did 15 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and 10 minutes of strength. I will have some breakfast and take a nap before taking a nice long hot shower.

I'm not feeling very good drinking my tea now. We have position round at bowling tonight but if I still feel like this I'll be going to the doctor's this afternoon. I will do cardio tonight if I don't go bowling even if its just 10 minutes. Did my strength exercise for my knee this morning.
