STRENGTH STREAK 180
Starting to feel better. I got a couple hours of extra sleep in yesterday. I don't know what I'm going to do about my allergy shots. I think I'll call there today though. I did do 20 minutes of stair master followed by 15 minutes of strength and a stretch.
I'm trying to figure my goals for next year. Some things I know I can try to improve but others I'm really doing the best I can. I don't want to lose more weight so its just things like reps, weight, and measurements. I think I'll make a list of all those things on Saturday and then figure out what I'd like them to be.
