So I had to drop Nick off this morning to go hunting. His breaks had to be fixed on his truck and it was done so he will be able to drive it home. We were up at 5:00 and I was home a little after 6:00. It's 8:30 now and I had half of my breakfast, did a load of laundry, loaded the dish washer, did 25 minutes on stair master, half an hour of strength, and a nice stretch.
I have been working on my goals for 2012. My first goal is this afternoon I'm going to try doing my spark people cardioblast dvd. I'd like to see what it's like and maybe do it once a week. Right now I generally do 15-30 minutes of cardio and 5-20 minutes of strength a day. My goal is to do 20-40 minutes of cardio and 10-30 minutes of strength.

Lying Adduction 2 sets 100 reps 10 pounds
Alternating bicep curls 2 sets 15 reps 15 pounds
Bicycle crunches 2 sets 15 reps 10 pounds
Squats 2 sets 20 reps 30 pounds
Tricep dips 2 sets 20 reps
Modified pushups 2 sets 20 reps

Of course classes start back up January 17th so my first class will be January 18th at 4:30-7:00, its my Marketing class. The following Monday my Diversified Voices in Literature from 6:15-9:20 and tuesday is my bowling night so on weekends I'll be doing homework but at least I won't be working weekends. My goals for school is always an A and was very disappointed I got a B+ in my auditing class this semester.
I'll go make my omelet now.
