So today january jumpstart back to day 1 video. Also did 12 minutes on stair master followed by strength and a stretch

So I did January Jumpstart video day 7 followed by 30 minutes on stair master. then after a stretch I did my strength training.

Today
Lying Adduction 3 sets 100 reps 10 pounds
Alternating bicep curls 3 sets 12 reps 15 pounds
Bicycle crunches didn't do
Squats 3 sets 30 reps 30 pounds
Tricep dips didn't do

So I started the day with 30 minutes WII Fit Free Run followed by a stretch and my January jumpstart video day 6 upper body sculpting. Then my strength.

Yesterday
Lying Adduction 3 sets 100 reps 10 pounds
Alternating bicep curls 3 sets 10 reps 15 pounds
Bicycle crunches didn't do
Squats didn't do
Tricep dips3 set 15 reps
Modified pushups 1 set 60 reps - pushup test
Crunches 1 set 54 reps - crunch test

Today
Lying Adduction 4 sets 60 reps 10 pounds
Alternating bicep curls didn't do
Bicycle crunches 3 sets 20 reps 10 pounds
Squats 3 sets 50 reps 30 pounds
Tricep dips didn't do
Modified pushups didn't do

I know why I gained 3 pounds back down 1 pound already but visitors come when they come.

Alternating bicep curls 3 sets 10 reps 15 pounds

Squats didn't do
Tricep dips3 set 15 reps
Modified pushups 1 set 60 reps - pushup test
Crunches 1 set 54 reps - crunch test

Weigh in wasn't good this morning. I gained 3 pounds though most measurements were the same It could be water weight.
