Not my usually get up and go person this morning. I didn't want to get out of bed. I have barely Sparked and I didn't do my cardio though I will when I get home. I'm trying to readjust my schedule since Monday after MLK Day my class on Monday is 6:15-9:20. I have been trying to get up a little later, eat a little later, and just readjust a little since I'm usually in bed before the class gets out. i did do my January Jumpstart video day 5. Tomorrow I'll do Cardioblast for my extra video. Tonight I'll probably do WII Fit Free Run and Stair master.
Lying Adduction 3sets 100 reps 10 pounds
Alternating bicep curls 3 sets 15 reps 15 pounds
Bicycle crunches didn't do
Squats didn't do
Tricep dips 3 sets 15 reps
Modified pushups 3 sets 25 reps
Crunches didn't do
I also forgot to weigh myself but will do that tomorrow morning.
