CARDIO STREAK 248
STRENGTH STREAK 196

Did Coach Nicole's CardioBlast segment bootcamp 10 minutes followed by a cooldown and stretch. Follwed by 30 minutes Wii Fit Free Run and another stretch. Then I did my lying adduction. An hour total. Will do more strngth and cardio later.

Not my usually get up and go person this morning. I didn't want to get out of bed. I have barely Sparked and I didn't do my cardio though I will when I get home. I'm trying to readjust my schedule since Monday after MLK Day my class on Monday is 6:15-9:20. I have been trying to get up a little later, eat a little later, and just readjust a little since I'm usually in bed before the class gets out. i did do my January Jumpstart video day 5. Tomorrow I'll do Cardioblast for my extra video. Tonight I'll probably do WII Fit Free Run and Stair master.

Lying Adduction 3sets 100 reps 10 pounds
Alternating bicep curls 3 sets 15 reps 15 pounds
Bicycle crunches didn't do
Squats didn't do
Tricep dips 3 sets 15 reps
Modified pushups 3 sets 25 reps
Crunches didn't do

I also forgot to weigh myself but will do that tomorrow morning.

I never changed my streak information yesterday so it is correct today. We are getting rain right now but was snow a few hours ago so it may be slick so I am going to get ready and go to work early. Did my January Jumpstart video. I did 20 minutes on stair master and a stretch and my lying adduction 3 sets 100 reps 10 pounds. I'll do more when I get home.

S I did january jumpstart day 3 video upper body followed by 20 minutes on stair master. Then after a stretch I did my strength training.

Lying Adduction 3sets 100 reps 10 pounds
Alternating bicep curls didn't do
Bicycle crunches3 sets 30 reps 10 pounds
Squats 3 sets 30 reps 30 pounds
Tricep dips didn't do
Modified pushups didn't do
Crunches didn't do

I'll do some cardio blast saturday for my extra video. I have to go see the allergy doctor today for my follow up.

So I started the day with my lying aduction for my knee since it was a lower body January Jumpstart. Then I did the January Jumpstart and the rest of my strength training. Bowling tonight.

Today
Lying Adduction 3sets 100 reps 10 pounds
Alternating bicep curls 3 sets 12 reps 15 pounds
Bicycle crunches didn't do
Squats didn't do
Tricep dips 3 setd 15 reps
Modified pushups 3 sets20reps
