CARDIO STREAK 253
STRENGTH STREAK 201

So I got up and sparked early this morning. Then I did 30 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch, my January jumpstart core video, my lying adduction and some additional crunches and bicycle crunches. All core today except my knee exercises. My marketing class is going to be lame. We have to work in groups to come up with and idea for a product or service nobody has come up with already and then do a marketing presentation on it. We also have to do these weird journal things that she didn't even explain yet and will have 4 tests. I haven't even gone to my other class yet but with 6 books I don't think it'll be a walk in the park either. not to mention that that class is on the other side of campus and I have to figure out where there is to park over there. Better get ready for work.

Tonight is bowling so that will be my 40 minutes of cardio. I started off the morning with my Spark points then I did January Jumpstart lower body followed by alternating bicep curls and a stretch. Right now there is a coating of snow but nothing is coming down and its not supposed to start back up til later. It's our Christmas party for bowling that we always have in January after things have settled down sub and tossed salad is my usual meal so I'll have chicken and a baked potato for lunch instead of a salad. I left some budge in my food so if I want a treat of some sort I will be able to have it.

So I sparked first this morning. then I did my january jumpstart video. 8 minutes of cardio which I followed up with 12 minutes on stair master and a stretch. Then I did my lying adductions, alternating bicep curls and bicycle crunches. It was so cold yesterday I didn't want to leave the house but since I have no salad stuff left for dinner tonight I'll be going and getting groceries on my way in to work.

Did january Jumpstart video day 7 followed by cardioblast cardio kickboxing and a stretch. Then I did 20 minutes on stair master followed by lying adduction and alternating bicep curls.
