So we got out of class at 8:00 last night. Since most students didn't have their books yet she couldn't do more. It will not be easy since I didn't want to get up this morning. I did though. I did January Jumpstart followed by Lying Adduction, Bicycle crunches, and Squats. i then did 10 minutes on stair master. I feel better now. Better get sparking.

So today is basically a break from strength training day. I only did my lying adduction. I started out with my 8 minute January jumpstart cardio video followed by 22 minutes on stair master and a stretch. I have class from 6:15 to 9:20 tonight and after getting my allergy shots will meet my group from my other class to see what great ideas we came up with for our project.

Its Sunday and I didn't go get my groceries. It's a good thing I still had fruits and veggies. I'm going to go with Nick to get my car then go get my groceries.

I didn't do my cardio yet I will do it when I get home. I did do my January Jumpstart 15 minute Ab workout. I also did a but toning video that was in my email this morning. After that I did my lying adduction, alternating bicep curls, and tricep dips. I also stretched.

So its Saturday. I have to get groceries and its snowing. I figured I'd do exercise first and homework second. I need to read the rest of chapter 1and chapter 2. I also need to come up with a list of product and service ideas that don't already exist.

For my exercise I started with the January Jumpstart video arms today. I followed that up with 28 Day Bootcamp warm up and Segment 1 which is 12 minutes. I'm not really coordinated and had a little bit of a difficult time with some of the moves because of that. I think if I keep doing the same segment a few times I'll be able to get it. I then did 8 minutes of stair master and 30 minutes of Wii fit free run. I then stretched and did modified pushups since I actually did the regular ones during my January Jumpstart. There is hope for me yet. I also did my lying adduction for my knee. I am concerned all this exercise may cause me some issues with it so I make sure I do those every day. Tomorrow is another day and there will be more then. Need some breakfast and a shower.

So i got up and did my January Jumpstart video followed by my lying adduction. Since the video was mostly outer leg muscle I needed to make sure I got my inner leg work in since that is my issue with my leg to begin with. My outer leg muscles are much stronger then my inner and it pulls my kneecap across my leg when I walk and I get swelling behind my knee. After that I did 30 minutes on stair master. Tonight we have to drop my car off for some repair work so we'll go out for dinner. I'll be checking my friend feed before work.
