CARDIO STREAK 263
STRENGTH STREAK 211

Did CardioBlast 10 minutes Kckboxing followed by 30 minutes WII Fit Free Run and my January Jumpstart 15 minutes abs twice and lastly my lying adduction. Have to go do inventory at work today. I'll check in if I can.

    I always liked inventory day at work. Sounds strange at today's standard but we were paid time and a half.

STRENGTH STREAK 210

Did 30 minutes WII Fit Free Run followed by a stretch. Then I did January Jumpstart I'm now officially caught up on the ones I didn't do twice at the beginning of the week. I also did my Pushup test, crunch test and lying adductions for my knee. I had an apple before myworkout but after I started my homework. Will have breakfast next while I finish my homework. Ichanged my goals. Every 2 weeks I'm 132 pounds then I cut my calories to get back to 130. My muscles have gotten bigger the last few weeks I did my measurements this morning. I'm back to 132.

    I am pretty much same weight! Been sticking a lot at 132/133 last two weeks but I think it is because I am upping my weights. The WII Fit sounds fun, I wish I had it! Good luck!

So I will do a half an hour of cardio and my lying adduction when I get home. I did my January Jumpstart videos this morning. I forgot we were supposed to do them twice starting Monday so I did them only once until yesterday which was the day I remembered. So today I did 2 Friday and since it was legs I also did Tuesday. Tonight I'll do Monday Cardio as well as 32 minutes on stair master.
Yesterday I did get half of my book for Monday's class read as well. Today I'll finish it. Tomorrow I'll get my marketing homework done since I have to work Sunday. I will at least be home Monday to make sure all my assignments are done.

So I did 10 minutes on stair master followed by my lying adduction and january jumpstart core. I also finished with reverse crunched and bicycle crunches and a stretch. I have to get some Sparkpoints and get to work.
