CARDIO STREAK 264
STRENGTH STREAK 212
Since I had to work yesterday I got today off. So I first made changes to my journal for Wednesday. I just downloaded the updated drivers I need to be able to print it out. After that I did my sparking. Then I did 30 minutes on WII Fit Free Run, my lying adduction, and a stretch.
It was 8:00 or so by then so I made 2 heart healthy Bisquick pancakes using my egg beater and Over the Moon fat free chocolate milk drinking the rest of the glass I didn't need for the pancakes. I then spread 1/2 tbsp on each one and sliced a banana over them and had a cup of tea. I think it will hold me over until lunch.
After I let my breakfast digest a little I did the 8 minute -interval video and the arm toning video from the January Jumpstart Challenge even though I've already gotten my trophy I'm going to try to keep doing some video work each day. I've decided on which day I will do which part of my body time permitting. So finally I did alternating bicep curls and tricep dips to finish my workout.
I may try to do more later but since I have class later and I need to see my advisor. I'll cook dinner and eat before I leave. What a change of pace. usually rushing to meet people, working on things, and gobbling down my dinner at school. I can actually eat a hot dinner at home.
