CARDIO STREAK 268
STRENGTH STREAK 216

Last night I did another 20 minutes on stair master.
So I didn't want to get out of bed this morning. I am tired but did get up and do some exercise. I did 10 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch. Then I did my lying adduction, squats, lunges,and one of the January Jumpstart leg vidoes.
I will finish getting my spark points and check my friend feed before going to work. I'll do more cardio tonight when I get home.

I have to go to the market before work so I have to leave soon. Did 15 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch, my lying adduction and squats. Will do more when I get home.

So I did 30 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and my lying adductions, reverse crunches, regular crunches. I will try to do the seated core video at work. I have to go in early and run the year end reports. I also have class tonight.

Today I'm going back to work. I have an essay to write for next week's monday class and I need to print my paper for tomorrow's class. This semester will be a lot of paper writing.

Did that butt toning video I found last week followed by my lying adduction and squats today is a lower body day. I have to bowl tonight and didn't want to put extra wear on my arm.

Since I had to work yesterday I got today off. So I first made changes to my journal for Wednesday. I just downloaded the updated drivers I need to be able to print it out. After that I did my sparking. Then I did 30 minutes on WII Fit Free Run, my lying adduction, and a stretch.

It was 8:00 or so by then so I made 2 heart healthy Bisquick pancakes using my egg beater and Over the Moon fat free chocolate milk drinking the rest of the glass I didn't need for the pancakes. I then spread 1/2 tbsp on each one and sliced a banana over them and had a cup of tea. I think it will hold me over until lunch.

After I let my breakfast digest a little I did the 8 minute -interval video and the arm toning video from the January Jumpstart Challenge even though I've already gotten my trophy I'm going to try to keep doing some video work each day. I've decided on which day I will do which part of my body time permitting. So finally I did alternating bicep curls and tricep dips to finish my workout.

I may try to do more later but since I have class later and I need to see my advisor. I'll cook dinner and eat before I leave. What a change of pace. usually rushing to meet people, working on things, and gobbling down my dinner at school. I can actually eat a hot dinner at home.
