STRENGTH STREAK 220
So today I took the day off work. I will start reading my next reading for Monday class. I will also start studying for my test next week in Wednesday class. I will go to get baby gifts for the baby shower next weekend.
I got up and had breakfast and did 6 minutes of 28 Day Bootcamp, 14 minutes on stair master, and a stretch. Then I did Lying adduction, alternating bicep curls, modified pushups, and January Jumpstart arm toning.
