DAY 272

CARDIO STREAK 272
STRENGTH STREAK 220

So today I took the day off work. I will start reading my next reading for Monday class. I will also start studying for my test next week in Wednesday class. I will go to get baby gifts for the baby shower next weekend.
I got up and had breakfast and did 6 minutes of 28 Day Bootcamp, 14 minutes on stair master, and a stretch. Then I did Lying adduction, alternating bicep curls, modified pushups, and January Jumpstart arm toning.
Bowling tonight.

So I have an unemployment payroll audit this morning. I have to get my allergy shots after work before school. I did do 35 minutes on stair master and a stretch followed by my lying adduction and squats. I'm still tweaking my exercise routine and will try to do January Jumpstart seated lower body from work or school.

STRENGTH STREAK 218

So today is my 9 month spark anniversary. I went for a walk to get milk and eggs. Then I did 5 minutes on stair master to get my heart rate up a little more since it was quite chilly outside. I then did lying adductions, squats, alternating bicep curls, and tricep dips. I followed that up with January Jumpstart seated core. I will have breakfast and do 60 minutes on stair master after that. I actually slept until 6:30 this morning so hopefully I'll stay awake past halftime this year. Maybe I'll get a nap in.

Did my strength Training now.
First I did 10 minutes on Stair master to get the heart rate back up.
Then I did my lying adduction, alternating bicep curls, bicycle crunches, modified pushups, and January Jumpstart 15 minutes ab workout.
