STRENGTH STREAK 225

Had an Eggbeater omelet and venison sausage for breakfast. Then I did 30 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch, lying adduction, alternating bicep curls, and modified pushups. Will try to do more later.

So I changed things up a little this morning. I ate an orange then did 30 minutes WII Fit Free Run followed by a stretch and lyning adductions, modified pushups, and bicycle crunches. Then I had breakfast and did another 30 minutes WII Fit Free Run, alternating bicep curls, and tricep dips

My streaks stay intact. I'm curious how long I can keep it up. Many times I have thought about letting the strength streak go and only worry about the cardio streak but here I am. Today we should be very busy at the store. Those chocolates that are my background are just one of many tasty treats we offer for the holiday. Those are called Pink Champagne Truffles. So I will be running around at work.
Did January Jumpstart arm toning followed by 25 minutes on stair master. Then after my stretch I did my alternating bicep curls and lying adduction. Ready to go to work.

    The chocolates look good but I can't eat chocolate because they make me cough. When I go into Sees Candy - I can only be there for a while.

My strength streak has now gotten to my birth date. February 22 I will turn 38. It's hard for me to believe I'm still going especially after mornings like this. I did 5 minutes on stair master to get my heart rate up. I followed that with January Jumpstart lower body, lying adductions and squats. My knees made funny creaking sounds the entire time. I followed with a stretch. Will do at least 30 minutes either stair master or WII fit free run when I get home either before or after dinner.
