SO I LOST THE TEN POUNDS I ORIGINALLY WANTED TO LOSE AND NOW I WANT TO LOSE 5 MORE SO I'VE SET A DATE AROUND THE END OF AUGUST I WANT TO START MORE ON MAINTENANCE MODE NOW SO I'LL LOOK INTO THAT LATER. THIS MORNING I GOT UP AND SPARKED, GOT READY FOR WORK AND WENT FOR A 20 MINUTE STROLL NOTHING STRENUOUS. STRETCHED AND WENT TO WORK. SPENT ALL MORNING DOING DEPOSITS AND RECORDING THEM. CRABTREE LAUNCHED THE NEW VERA PATTERNS SATURDAY SO THERE DEPOSIT WAS QUITE GOOD. AT THIS STORE WE HAD A BIG IMPRINTING PICK-UP FRIDAY BUT NOTHING SPECTACULAR THE REST OF THE WEEKEND. IT MUST HAVE BEEN STEADY BUT NOT BUSY. HAD MY SALAD FOR LUNCH (FORGOT MY FRUIT & NUTS TO PUT IN IT) ALLERGY PLACE CALLED MY FIRST ROUND OF SHOTS IS READY BUT I THINK I'LL WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW. WE ARE GETTING NEW LIGHTING FIXTURES INSTALLED TODAY AND THE DUST IS KILLING ME. WENT TO THE BANK AND ITS ALREADY 2:00. I'M READY FOR BED. I THINK I'LL GO HOME AND DO A LITTLE STRENGTH WHILE WATCHING SOMETHING WE HAVE RECORDED THEN ROBIN AND THE BOYS WILL SHOW UP FOR OUR NIGHTLY STROLL. THEN I'M GOING TO BED EARLY.
I DID 15 MINUTES OF STRENGTH AND STARTED OUT FOR MY WALK. I DO LAPS AROUNG THE LOOP I LIVE ON ONE LAP IS .3 MILE SO I WAS ON MY WAY AROUND THE SECOND TIME WHEN TONY MY NEIGHBOR A FEW DOORS DOWN WAS PUTTING STUFF OUT FOR A GARAGE SALE. I SAW 2 SMALL BIKES WITH TRAINING WHEELS SO I ASKED HER HOW MUCH. SHE SAID 5 EACH BUT SHE ALSO HAD A BIG WHEEL INSIDE. I GOT ALL THREE FOR ROBINS TRIPLETTES. I KNEW THEY HAD 1 TRICYCLE BUT ONLY 1 WAS STILL SMALL ENOUGH TO RIDE IT. SO NOW I'M WAITING FOR THEM TO COME OVER AND GET ME SO THEY CAN GO FOR A RIDE. SO AFTER A WALK THAT ENDED UP BEING A BIKE PLAY PARTY MY BOYFRIEND AND I DID SOME HEAVY DUTY HOUSEWORK. TRYING TO DE POLLENIZE THE HOUSE. aT 7:30SAT DOWN TO WATCH THE RACE AND FOUND SOME NEW STRENGTH TRAINING EXERCISES.
Manage a 15 minute walk it was thundering and then the rain came. So I sparked after stretching. Got ready for work. I have another doctor appointment today so I'll be leaving early again but this time I don't need to rush. I forgot a couple thing yesterday at the store so I'll get them before my appt. See what the weathers like tonight I may be staying inside.
Did 10 minutes of strength and 10 minutes of cardio with stretching. Got ready and went to work. I have to leave at lunch for my appointment with the allergy and asthma specialists. Can't wait even though I know what pain I'm in for. See today they will prick me with all kinds of allergens and see how I react. I did it about 10 years ago. My allergies have gotten much worse since then. I'll probably go home and sleep after that.
