CARDIO STREAK 282
STRENGTH STREAK 230
I am not feeling too good but did finish my exercise last night. I started today with 15 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and lying adductions, bicep curls, pushups on ball, and tricep dips. Will do a 30 minutes WII Fit Free Run tonight when I get home.
Need to get going I haven't got any sparkpoints yet.
