CARDIO STREAK 282
STRENGTH STREAK 230

I am not feeling too good but did finish my exercise last night. I started today with 15 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and lying adductions, bicep curls, pushups on ball, and tricep dips. Will do a 30 minutes WII Fit Free Run tonight when I get home.

Need to get going I haven't got any sparkpoints yet.

So things have been crazy here. I was up at 3:30 working on our group project. At work (Since we may get an icy mess this afternoon will be really slow) I will try to get some of my reading for my literature class. I read the first of 4 reading for Monday. I also have to take notes on a journal I downloaded to discuss in class. Now for my marketing class I have to write a journal on consumer behavior for a specific product as well as read 2 chapters.
Oh Yeah and I have a Babay Shower to go to Sunday which is why I took Monday off.

I did 5 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch, my lying adductions, and squats. I will try to do 10 minutes more now before I get ready for work and then will do 20 minutes when I get home.
