STRENGTH STREAK 239

So I got up and ate an apple and few almonds while I finished my reading for Literature tomorrow night. Then I did 5 minutes on stair master followed by lting adduction and my stretch. Then I did alternating bicep curls. After blueberry pancakes I worked on my marketing reading then I did 30 minutes on stair master and another quick stretch. Will do more later right now I'll work on more homework.

So I keep getting up and doing exercise though its not always easy. I will do more when I get home but at least I did some. 5 minutes on stair master to get my heart rate up followed by lying adductions, a stretch and modified pushups.

I wish I could call in sick because I have so much stuff to do but I'm not sick and don't take advantage of that time off. We have a real estate agent coming tomorrow morning to look over the house. It's not in great shape but would be a great fixer upper for a young couple. With 2 bedrooms if they wanted an office or a baby they would have room. I have a story to read and paper to write as well as a second story for Monday. Then a chapter to read and a company analysis to do on our group project. See you all later.

So Nick made Steak, baked potatoes, and green beans for dinner then I did 30 minutes on stair master, followed by a stretch and my lying adduction. will work on my reading for Monday next.
