CARDIO STREAK 297
STRENGTH STREAK 245
So I weighed in this morning and gained another 2 pounds. Now I know I stay within my calorie range every day, keep my carbs, fats, and proteins in line every day and do my exercise every day. I'm confused.
After I weighed in this morning I did my pushup and situp tests. I did 30 regular pushups. I've never done that before. Then I did 10 minutes on stair master and my lying adduction. I know I'm stronger and muscle weighs more than fat but I'm frustrated. I'm almost to 300 days and will keep at it.
Its supposed to get to 50 today and I'll do my 3rd day of the 5K training program later.
