DAY 297

So I weighed in this morning and gained another 2 pounds. Now I know I stay within my calorie range every day, keep my carbs, fats, and proteins in line every day and do my exercise every day. I'm confused.

After I weighed in this morning I did my pushup and situp tests. I did 30 regular pushups. I've never done that before. Then I did 10 minutes on stair master and my lying adduction. I know I'm stronger and muscle weighs more than fat but I'm frustrated. I'm almost to 300 days and will keep at it.

Its supposed to get to 50 today and I'll do my 3rd day of the 5K training program later.

    I understand your dilemma, and I don't know why the scale works that way! It does it to all of us, so please don't be too discouraged! emoticon

    I'm so sorry - that has to be really annoying. Are you taking measurements and do you see a difference in your muscle tone?

I hope you find a way to mix it and get the scale moving in the right direction.

    Don't get frustrated. You must feel great and look great. I know it probably doesn't help but it really is what matters rather than a number on a scale. emoticon

So I will do my strength after dinner as well as some stair master but I did do my 5k your way program day 2 1.5 miles in 25 minutes its too cold for better today but will warm a little tomorrow.

So I had to bring Nick to work this morning his truck wasn't working last night and he got a ride home. I have to call Mark to have him go look at it after he's done plowing this morning. We got about 3 inches yesterday before it tapered off and now the second storm is getting ready to come through. We could get another 3-6 inches today. So anyway Nick has to be to work at 6:15 so we left on our unplowed street at 5:35 this morning.

I did do 10 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and lying adductions. Will do more when I get home.

    Be careful with that weather. We had tornadoes Tuesday night and today it's suppose to be around 71 degrees!

So today will be my short day on exercise. I was over on Sunday, and yesterday, and right on the mark Monday. Today I only did 20 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and lying adductions. This weekend I will get and do my 5k your way walk/jog days 2 and 3 which will be in addition to stair master or WII Fit Free Run so I know I'll be over since I estimate 1100 calories burned a week and I'm almost to 750 already.
Class tonight and the weather could be bad we are supposed to get a couple inches of snow this afternoon before it changes over to mixed precipitation.

    I can't believe classes were cancelled because of snow. Yesterday we were under a tornato watch. If this weather isn't crazy then I must be for watching it!

So I haven't actually done my strength training yet but since I have all day I will I'm thawing right now. I started my 5k your way training program. So I went outside its 35 degrees so believe me I bundled up. I managed 1.8 miles in 25 minutes 4 minute walk/ 1 minutes jog. I followed with a stretch after I turned on the tea water which is what I'm waiting for now. Bowling tonight.
