DAY 302

CARDIO STREAK 302
STRENGTH STREAK 250

So this week i'm doing my exercise at night after work since i don't have school and don't want to get up in the morning. Next week will be worse since we lose an hour of sleep and I go back to school. When I get home tonight I'll do 30 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and my lying adductions. While at work I'll try to finish my study guide so this weekend I'll only have to worry about studying for my test and writing my paper. I have Monday nights homework done and ready to hand in.

So today is day 301 but my exercise is one day behind that. I have bowling tonight and did 15 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch, lying adductions, and modified pushups.

So today is officially my 300th Sparkday. I started my exercise the day after I joined spark. The first day I did nothing but spin the wheel. I've come a long way. I did not exercise this morning I am going to jump on stair master now and do some and then after dinner I'll finish but I will do both. I'm really tired lately. Slept 2 hoursw saturday afternoon and another 2 Sunday. I don't usually nap because I'm groggy afterward. I was both days. Maybe I'm just a little under the weather but I'd sleep all day if I could.

So I did my 5 k 4th day. 2 miles in 27 minutes and 18 minutes on stair master. Followed that up with a stretch, lying adductions, and seated bicep curls.
I will take a little nap and watch the race later.
