STRENGTH STREAK 255

So we got out of class early last night and I have energy this morning. I did 15 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch. Then I did lying adductions and alternating bicep curls.

DAY 306

STRENGTH STREAK 254

So even though I'm not going to do the 5K training I will occasionally jog with my inhaler in hand.I was to 3 minutes walking and 2 minutes jogging when I had to use my rescue inhaler.
I will still keep working out. Today I did 30 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and lying adductions.
Back in class tonight. After work I'll go sit in the library on the computer and see what I can get done.

    As a child, I had only two asthma flare ups and really didn't even know what they were at the time. Last year when I started back running, there were a couple of occasions when I came back to the house and used an inhaler, but once I established the routine, the sensation stopped.

I wrote it off to forcing more air through the system than it was used to processing. It got better so I haven't thought about it since.

I don't know the medical validity of it, but it worked for me...

So today I learned I can't jog. I had another asthma attack. I will stick to walking. I will do stair master later to finish my exercise but for now I did pull off 20 minutes walk/jog before having to come in and use my rescue inhaler, a stretch and my lying adductions. I'm going to try to catch my breathe a little more and get some water.

So today as soon as it warms up a little (currently 26 degress but supposed to get up to 37 later this afternoon) I'll go outside and do day 6 of my 5k training walk/jog. Then I'll come inside and stretch and do my lying adductions. I'll go from there reading chapter 10, studying chapters 6-9 and working on my paper somewhat this morning. Got my study guide done and ready to hand in Wednesday.

SO last night I did my 30 minutes on stair master and stretch followed by my lying adductions. This morning I did another 10 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and my lying adductions. Will do more when I get home. Its supposed to get colder and we might have snow tonight so I may put off my last day of week 3 until Sunday we'll see. I have to finish my study guide, study for my test, and work on my paper this weekend. nI will start reading the next book and try to find some journal articles.
