CARDIO STREAK 317
STRENGTH STREAK 265
Forgot to change my streak totals yesterday. So I fixed them today. Did 10 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch, alternating bicep curls, lying adductions, and pushups.
I will post new pictures soon I just have to take some first. I'm still disappointed with parts of my body though others I love the way they look. Maybe I'll be able to get some suggestions for exercises.
I finally got full credit on the paper I had to redo. I have a book and another story to read for Monday. I have to start working on my reaction paper as well. For my Wednesday class I have to work on my group[ project. We are meeting Monday night to work on it. I also have to read another 2 chapters for class Wednesday night.
Wish me luck I'll need it.
Did get a 3 laps on the bike last night will try to do more tonight since I'll do another 1/2 hour after dinner unless I get home early then I'll do it before dinner.
