DAY 322

CARDIO STREAK 322
STRENGTH STREAK 270

So I'm a little groggy this morning. Only ended up bowling 5 games last night because they crushed us the 1st 2 games of the 2 out of 3 rolloff for overall 1st place. I bowled horribly but concidering I'm usually in bed sleeping then I just wanted to collapse. I get up at 4:30-5:00 every morning so by 8:45 and 3 games bowled I was wooped. So today I actually slept until almost 6:00. Then I got up and sparked and had my breakfast.

I did finally do 30 minutes WII Fit Free Run followed by a stretch and lying adductions. I still need to burn about 100 more calories for the day and would like to do some more strength. We'll see what I can get done because I have 2 papers to start working on after I read another chapter and get notes in my notebook for that. I will do the cardio for sure though. I'm hoping it will stop raining so I can go outside a little later.

Today will be super busy. I started the day with 5 minutes on stair master to get my heart rate up followed by lying adductions and a stretch. Then I did tricep dips. I do not want to tire too much since I have bowling tonight. It will be a long night. My team won the first half of the season. Tonight is position round to see who wins the second half of the season. Since we have no chance of winning the second half of the season we have to stay and bowl another 2 or 3 games to determine the overall winner. I took tomorrow off work since who knows how late we will be there.

    I went bowling about 2 weeks ago and had fun. Usually takes me 2-3 games to actually get my groove though. Hope you do awesome!!

Well this will be an interesting week. I did do my 30 minutes stair master this morning. I followed it up with a stretch and lying adductions.
I have to meet my Marketing group tonight to work on the group project before my Literature class.
I have to get a few groceries on my way in to work.

So I worked on homework all morning. Not quite finished yet but I did do 6 minutes .9 miles on my bike while its cool but not raining. Of course the sun just came out now. Anyways I followed it up with a stretch, lying adductions and seated bicep curls. I will do at least 39 minutes on stair master to get 60 minutes total during the race.

So I reached my calories burned for the week last night. Since I still needed almost 2 miles I Nick and I went for a bike ride 4 minutes .6 miles. Then we walked a little over a mile 46 minutes. Then I took the triplettes for a walk .3 mile 10 minutes it would be faster if we didn't have to wait for max the dog. He's old and slow. Then I stretched and did my lying adductions. Will probably do more later but homework reading is next.
