CARDIO STREAK 326
STRENGTH STREAK 274

Been working on these streaks will get my stregnth in a little while as well as the remainder of my cardio.
I did do a 25 minute .9 mile walk follolwed by a stretch. I am going to do my lying adductions and seated bicep curls now then figure out how much stair master I'll do.

CARDIO STREAK 325
STRENGTH STREAK 273

So I'm feeling better today. Needed some rest. Walked down to the store and got some groceries. .75 mile each way stopped and got milk on the way home too. when I got home did lying adductions and a stretch. Still tired will try to get some rest. Working on some papers for class now.

I do not feel well at all. Had to come home from work early did very little light exercise 5 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and lying adductions.

So I did finally get my exercise in. 30 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and my lying adductions. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning and will probably go to bed early.

    Oh my! Your streaks are awesome. You are proving to us all that it possible to keep going on your journey and never giving up. You are a true encouragement to me. Thank you for posting this. When I feel like not doing my cardio or my strength training (like I felt this morning) I will think of you. Yes, I did finally did my strength training but it was later in the day. Better late than never is my motto. Hope you have a restful sleep tonight when going to bed early. emoticon
