Day 66 - pics Included

As you can see I still have celluliteand toning to work on. I however managed 1.2 miles in 15 minutes this morning so I'm getting stronger. I think its great for someone with asthma. I will keep up the work trying to add more strength training and cardio. Once I start back to school I'm sure it'll be different but for now I'll keep up the work I'm doing.

Day 65

I am so tired even though I got 8 hours of sleep. I'm sure its from my Allergies. Oh I forgot to take my medicine. Better do that now. I did pull off a 20 minute .9 mile walk. I felt like I was walking at a snails pace but that was all I could handle. Since I've been back at work I feel like all my muscles have tightened right up. I think tonight when I do my strength I'll spend extra time stretching.

Day 64

Wednesday, July 13, 2011

So the weather was much nicer this morning. I got up and went for a 25 minute 1.5 mile walk/jog. I found that after I jog I slow my walking pace I don't know if that is normal but I will try to keep a more up tempo walking pace after a short jog the next few days and see if I can adapt to it naturally. I have been hitting my goals and actually went way over the last 2 weeks but am right on schedule for them this week. I have been so tired this week probably from overdoing it. I did do 10 minutes of strength for my goal but now my hip is sore. Tonight we'll just do our short stroll with the neighbors and call it a day.

DAY 63

Tuesday, July 12, 2011

I got up and took a quick 10 minute walk after taking my allergy medicine. Its really humid that's all I could handle. Then I went back into the air conditioning and did 25 minutes of strength with my stretching. Took my shower and actually ate breakfast at home. Stopped at Walmart got a couple of cute tops for cheap and came to work. Did the usual Deposits, Etc.
Had to do Payroll so I just finished its 11:15. Going to check registers for change before lunch.
