So today I have a busy day ahead. Got up early and did my exercise. 30 minute WII Fit Free Run followed by a stretch and lying adduction. Way ahead of my calories burned for the week and only a mile left for my mileage goal. Better get going.
Done with my paper I think I'll review and add to it yet. Did my reading for tomorrow night. I'll start studying for my test next week after breakfast.
Did 28 Day Bootcamp day 2 followed by 8 minutes on stair master, a stretch and my lying adductions. Supposed to be a little warmer today so maybe out for a walk later. Will definately finish my exercise later. Breakfast now.
So I am on vacation this week. I am working on my paper for Literature and I have to read chapter 16 for my Marketing class. I also have to read Martin Luther King's I have a dream speach for next Monday. Wednesday we will get our group projects back to make adjustmentsand finish and have to hand in our study guides for our test next Wednesday. Wednesday is the one day I will go out. Tomorrow I have to get an oil change and inspection.
For my exercise. Today I did Coach Nicole's 28 Day Bootcamp Day 1 followed by a stretch and 8 minutes on stair master. I then did a second stretch and my lying adductions. Will do more later. Need a nap now then finish my paper.
