So I did 28 day Bootcamp Day 9 Today because I have to do day 10 on day 9 and can't do day 9 tomorrow. Then a stretch, lying adductions, alternating bicep curls, and modified pushups

So I did 28 Day Bootcamp day 7 followed by 3 minutes stair master, a stretch, alternating bicep curls and lying adductions. Will do extra exercise today it's supposed to get nice later.

SO I HAVE DONE 28 DAY BOOTCAMP DAY 5 & 3 MINUTES STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH, ALTERNATING BICEP CURLS, LYING ADDUCTIONS, BICYCLE CRUNCHES AND MODIFIED PUSHUPS.

So today I increased my estimated calories burned from 1200 to 1300 since after 28 Day Bootcamp I already have 1062 calories burned and I'm not done for today as well as having 2 more days to go. After 28 Day Bootcamp day 4 I did 3 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch, lying adductions and seated bicep concentration curls. It will be a little warmer today so I'll get outside a little laterfor a quick walk. I will probably do another 30 minute WII Fit Free Run also.

Yesterday I went and picked up my prescription, went to work for about 1/2 hour to take care of a few things, took deposits to bank, got my hair cut, got my allergy shots, did my grocery shopping, met my girlfriend for lunch then we walked the mall before I went to school. Today studying is the only thing on my agenda other then exercise.
