CARDIO STREAK 353
STRENGTH STREAK 301
So last week I didn't get my 5 miles in and I'm not sure why. I am trying to make sure it doesn't happen again. I walked 1.5 miles in 30 minutes followed by a stretch and my lying adductions. I still need another 1.5 miles so I'll try to get it in before dinner anyways.
I don't have too much to do today other than starting to study for my final next week. My group project isn't quite finished yet either so if any group members get back to me maybe I can get a little more done on that.
