So today was a longer 28 Day Bootcamp day. 12 minute sculpt and tone with 22 minutes total body. I did a stretch and lying adductions. Took a few breaks for water and air. As soon as I'm done breakfast and my last day of steroids for my asthma.

So last week I didn't get my 5 miles in and I'm not sure why. I am trying to make sure it doesn't happen again. I walked 1.5 miles in 30 minutes followed by a stretch and my lying adductions. I still need another 1.5 miles so I'll try to get it in before dinner anyways.

I don't have too much to do today other than starting to study for my final next week. My group project isn't quite finished yet either so if any group members get back to me maybe I can get a little more done on that.

So I'm breathing a little better but my asthma seems worse at work so I think something there is actually aggrivating it. I am working on 28 Day Bootcamp. Today is a 30 minute total segment but with warm up and cool down its 40 minutes. I did the 6 minutes warm up followed by my lying adductions. Then I have done 15 minutes of the video. I needed a break so I'm blogging then I'll go finish and stretch. Then I'll be ready for a nap.

I spent the morning in the emergency room making sure I didn't have a heart attack and finding that my asthma was extremely inflamed due to my allergies. I am now on steroids but didn't get much sleep and still have a lot of tightness in my chest. Did 5 minutes on stair master followed by a stretch and lying adductions. Will try to do more 5 minute intervals.

    How scary for you - this weather brings on our asthma

you will soon feel better with the steriods your doctor gave you.

    Oh my Jenn! Glad everything is ok. Hope the tightness goes away soon.

I have a question...My seasonal allergies started about when I was 17. They were never too bad. I got a lot of sinus infections but never really took my allergy medicine regularly. The year before last I started having episodes when I couldn't take a deep breathe. Like I wanted to yawn but that never helped. I started thinking maybe I am getting some kind of asmatic episode. I saw my doc and she said that ragweed was up really high and thinks that is the culprit. She put me on an inhaler but that really didn't do much either. I didn't take my zyrtec over the winter but than I started having those breathing issues again so I started taking my zyrtec again, which does help a little. The episodes are so much worse when I don't take it. But yet I still get them. It almost make me have a panic attack. Do you have problems like this? Any advice?
