CARDIO STREAK 360

So I'm almost there my 1 yr Sparkanniversary and my 1 year cardio streak. I don't know what I'll do to celebrate yet. At least its the day after my final exam which i'll spend most of the weekend studying for.
So today I did the next to last 28 Day Bootcamp which was a 12 minute cario burst.I did the warm up followed by my lying adductions 2 sets of 200 reps 10 pounds per leg, then the 12 minute burst followed by 3 minutes on stair master and then the cool down segment and a stretch. I finished with my alternating bicep curls 2 sets 15 reps 20 pounds per arm.
I have decided after I finish the 28 Day Bootcamp I will still do my favorite sections on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday mornings. I can do 1 or 2 short sections since I'll be increasing my walking and bike riding now that the weather is finally warming up. I can burn more calories that way.
