So today is my 1 year Spark Anniversary and my 1 year Spark Streak anniversary. I am so excited. So at the beginning of the week I joined theVirtual Walk, Run, Bike Across America Spark Team. I decided to walk to New York City first. 124 miles and today I walked another 2 miles in 30 minutes. I'm 10 miles in so far and will get more after work tonight. I also added the Yankees walk, run, bike, crawl 45 miles a month into my goals on May 1. So I have plenty of goals to try to reach and I'm almost 16 miles into that. I will be able to walk more now that we have nice weather but this winter will walk indoors as much as I can. It's better on my knees than the stair master though doesn't burn as many calories. Maybe I can pick up my pace and burn more that way.
When I first started I apparently only measured my
waist 33 current 27
hips 39 36.5
thighs 23 21.25
upper arms 11 11
in July I measured the
Neck 13 12.25
Calf 14 13.5
Hip to waist Ratio .86 .75
Body Fat % 26 22

So going south its 124 miles to NYC so that will be my first stop. I did not walk today because I needed a little more intensity. I have my final tonight and then the semester will be over and I'll have a couple weeks until the next one begins.

I did 28 Day Bootcamp warmup followed by my lying adductions. The I did the 2 12-minute segments (Cardio burst and Cardio sculpt) followed by 1 minute on stair master and the cool down. The alternating bicp curls and a stretch.

So I got up early today and walked 4 miles in an hour. I followed it up with a stretch and lying adductions. I joined the virtual walk across america and need to decide where I'm going. I know I want to go south so I better look at a map and get mileage.

I also am trying to decide what to do for my 1 year SparkAnniversary and Sparkstreak they are the same day (Thursday) which stinks because if it were Friday I wouldn't have to go to work the next day. Maybe I'll just celebrate on Friday anyways. I'm thinking dinner out since Nick and I hardley ever go out to dinner it would be nice not to have to cook.

Today is the 7 year anniversary of losing my dad to brain cancer. I'm sure he will be on my mind all day today. I miss him so much.

So today the last day of 28-Day Bootcamp is a 30 minute full body and 20 minute tone & burn section. I am dreading it being so long. I'll warm up then do my lying adductions (so at least hopefully my knee won't bother me) and I'll take breaks as often as I need them. I'd rather go outside and walk for an hour But like I said yesterday at least after today I can just do how much I want in a day. A 10 minute segment with an hour walk is more my speed.

I joined Virtual Walk/Run/Cycle thru US @ exercise.lbl.gov Spark team yesterday. I will walk 12 miles a week this summer and finally I will get the 45 miles a month for my Yankees team.
