DAY 370

CARDIO STREAK 370
STRENGTH STREAK 318

So I started off my day with a 2 mile 30 minute walk. I am almost 31 miles into my virtual trip to NYC. I followed it up with a stretch and lying adductions and bicep curls. I also weighed in this morning and did my measurements. I did the pushup test and crunch test as well. Not much change there. A few decreases of course one is my arms which I don't want to get smaller I will start trying to do more bicep curls. Next week back to school.

So I started the day witha 30 minute 2 mile walk followed by a stretch and lying adductions, bicycle crunches, and concentration curls. Will get on stair master when I get home. I will be busy at work this morning and need to get in early. Tomorrow weigh and measure.

So I got up and went for a nice 60 minute 4 mile walk. Followed by lying adductions and a stretch. Will get my video in next then I'm done.

So today I was up early. I got a great nights sleep. I did 28 Day Bootcamp followed by lying adductions, and a stretch. Then I did a 30 minute 2 mile walk. Over 20 miles in on my virtual trip to NYC which is 124. I'll be there in no time. Now I'm going to make an omelet and home fries with some left over steak from dinner the other night. I need to replenish. After 7:30 I'll walk the 1.25 miles to the store to get a new sudoku book and look around then walk home so after today I'll be over 22 miles. Tomorrow we will spend a lot of time sitting so I'll get up early get my walk in.

Back to normal today. I got up and did another 2 miles towards NYC. Then I stretched and did lying adductions. It is 124 miles to NYC and I'm now 18 miles in.
After work tonight I'll get some groceries.
