CARDIO STREAK 375
STRENGTH STREAK 323

So I decided to split my morning walks up and doing some strength exercises in between. I will do more walking later. I walked 4 miles in 60 minutes, a stretch, lying adductions, reverse crunches, torso twists with ball, bicycle crunches, and tricep dips.

So I started the day with a 60 minute 3.5 mile walk followed by lying adductions and a stretch.
Breakfast next and more exercise later.

Figured I would add the other 1 mile walk took 25 minutes but with Robin and her triplettes it always takes longer. They have a lot of energy but get easily distracted. I also did Coach Nicole's Butt Blasting video since that is 1 of the 2 areas that need a lot of work. I also did my alternating bicep curls. Tomorrow I'll do some extra ab work since my upper abs are pretty good but my lower abs are the other area that needs work.

So I've gotten into a rythm of 2 mile 30 minute walk/jog in the morning but I still need to burn another 100 calories so I do at least 10 minutes on stair master and another walk or 20 minutes on stair master at night. I did the same this morning and tonight I may go for a bike ride plus a walk. I need to change things up a little. I did do my stretch and lying adductions also. See you later.

    WOW you do 2 miles in 30 minutes? I need to speed things up...You double what I do. Good job. Although jogging for me is really hard I get winded. I'll catch up to you, just wait. emoticon

So I'm still going. Today I did Coach Nicole's 28- Day bootcamp 20 minute tone & burn followed by my lying adductions. Then I stretched a little and went for a 30 minute 1.8 mile walk and then stretched some more. Since we did arm exercise in the video I didn't do extra arm exercises though I may when I get home tonight since I did all my cardio this morning.

So thanks to RGDFW I am now set up properly in the virtual walk across America. It starts you in the eastern most city of Virginia and you walk to the Western most city in California. So I was able to transfer all my mileage since April 15 there and it will tell me what city is next. Much easier than trying to track it myself. Better Go.
