Day 72

I turned on the AC and ran with my WII fit this morning. I knew it wasn't a good allergy day so I stayed in and did a mile in 15 minutes which was a new record for me. I don't use that thing nearly as often as I should. I generally prefer to be outside or stairmaster through my favorite shows. I may decide to box or do some yoga this weekend if its going to be this hot. Or maybe I'll go to the swimming hole early before it gets crowded. I also did some alternating bicep curls. I can only do 7.5 lbs which is better than the 5 I started with months ago. I will do my tricep dips at work and leave my lying abduction and bicycle crunched for when I get home. I can't wait til I move and have central air though. That airconditioner works but not that great when its this hot.

Day 71

I got up early started laundry . Got 15 minutes between bike and walk before I had to get ready for work. I need to do some strength tonight (wore a dress can't really do it at work). I'll turn the air on its supposed to get unbearably humid later and for the next 2 days. I will also get at least another 10 or 15 on stairclimber.

Day 70

So I got on the stairmaster last night and went for a loop with the neighbors. I did 5 minutes on the bike this morning .6 miles and 5 minutes walking .3 then came home and stretched. I'll do 20 minutes strength while at work (nice thing about having an office hardly anyone visits) We have to go to court tonight (uninspected vehicle) I don't know how it slipped through the crack. Its of course inspected now. See what happens. Will do something before we go either while cooking or after dinner.

Ok I did 10 minutes strength and 15 minutes cardio.Cooking dinner now. After dinner we'll see how much more I can do.

Day 68 - Weigh In (Could use a little help)

I started out with my banana and peanut butter around 6:30 while I sparked. . I lost 1 pound this week but did lose a few inches here or there I still have a hip to waist ratio of .86 which is too high. I don't really need to lose weight (BMI of 21.2) but need to lose more inches. If you look at those pictures from Day 66 you can see a little cellulite. I don't know what I need to do. Then I pulled out my bike and went 4 laps around the loop 1.2 miles in 10 minutes. I'm trying to change things up. I like to exercise during the race because I'm watching TV anyways so I'll do more later as well as my stregth training

    Awesome BMI! Good luck getting rid of the inches. I can't offer any suggestions, but I'm sure you'll get there if you keep up all the hard work!

    That's a great BMI. Mine is 25.8 and I need to lose 10 more pounds to get in the healthy range. I don't know what to advise you except just keep on Sparking!

  BMI of 21 is Awesome! Mine is over 40 but it is starting to go lower mainly because I am exercising. After all these years of dieting, I finally figured out that exercise is the key to losing weight and inches. I feel you are going to get to your goal! I hope you enjoy your journey along the way! emoticon
