So I started out the day with 40 minutes 2.7 miles followed by lying adductions and a stretch. Will be going to work now.

So I will finish my exerxise after I get home from work tonight but am off to a good start. I have to get a few fruits and veggies on my way in to work though.

Did 40 minutes 2.6 miles follwed by lying adductions and a stretch. I will be trying to catch up to my team mates on virtual walk and it won't be easy because they started while I was taking 2 classes but I will see how close I can come to catching them now that most of my schoolwork is online and I only have to go to one more class this semester.

STRENGTH STREAK 331

So today before breakfast I did 20 minutes 1.3 miles followed by lying adductions and a stretch. After my egg beater omelet with venison sausage and home fries I worked on homework for a while then before it gets too hot I did another 30 minute 2 mile walk. Follwed by alternating bicep curls and tricep dips. Will get in a little more later.

So I did 40 minutes 2.5 miles followed by lying adductions and a stretch

Then after breakfast Nick and I rode 3 miles to the store and back on bikes in 40 minutes. I'm pretty slow.

    Wow. I can do a lot in the water, but I think the only way I walk a mile is shopping. Then it is broken up with looking. emoticon

So I started working on my homework but got stuck so I emailed my teacher. After that I did a 30 minute 2 mile walk/jog and my lying adductions followed by a stretch.
My teacher got back to me but I was hungry so I made my oatmeal for breakfast and now I will finish my homework then we will see what time it is. Nick will be home from hunting around noon and we'll have lunch together.
I'm having an egg beater omelet with home fries and venison sausage. I like making breakfast food at home so you can control the amount of potato and salt and I use Pam instead of oil.

    I've gotten where I like all meals at home because I need to be in control of food and moderate portions.
Nobody in my family hunts out here and I just never grew up on game meat.
