CARDIO STREAK 395

So I started today off with some homework and sparking. Then I had breakfast and cleaned the kitchen before our vacation I want the house cleaned good. After that went and got some groceries and my hair cut. Tomorrow I will color it. I'm waiting for my teacher to get back to me on a couple of questions.

So for my exercise so far I did 30 minutes 2 miles, alternating bicep curls, lying adductions, squats and a stretch.

So today I did 40 minutes 2.5 miles .Followed by a stretch and lying adductions. Will do at least another 20 minutes tonight.

I'm a little sleepy trying to get my homework done before vacation. I also need a haircut and to pick up a few fruits and vegetables this weekend since we are not leaving until Wednesday morning. 7:00 flight so we'll have to leave at 5:00. Not sure if I'll do my exercise here or there though I won't have my ankle weight down there I will get plenty of walking in and can use free weights in my brothers gym.

Did 50 minutes 3.2 miles followed by a stretch and lying adductions.

Finished chapter 9 yesterday on my homework. Today and tomorrow I'll try to get chapter 10 done. Then this weekend I can work on 11 & 12 hopefully. That way when I come home from vacation I won't have to worry about them.

Will do more exercise when I get home.

STRENGTH STREAK 340

So I am not as tired this morning. I got up at 4:30 not 3:30. Was only able to do 2.2 miles in 30 minutes. I followed with lying adductions and a stretch. Will do more later. trying to get my homework done in advance of my vacation middle of next week. I'm working on chapter 9 now so I'm a week and a half ahead of schedule. Have 12 chapters all together. See you tomorrow.

So I was up early this morning. Sorry to see the virtual walk site is still down. I have plenty of mileage to enter for the last several days. Did 4.5 miles in 60 minutes followed by a stretch, lying adductions, tricep dips and alternating bicep curls. Now I have to get a salad made to take to work.. Will try to do more later.
