DAY 400

CARDIO STREAK 400
STRENGTH STREAK 348

So I'm off to an active start 2 miles walking in 30 minutes followed by a stretch, lying adductions without weights, pushups, and tricep dips. Then I did 10 minutes 1 mile on the stationary bike.

Had a run in with my brother's stove. I made my breakfast and turned the burner off but it got hotter instead of cold. He came down and unplugged it. The guys are going go cart racing while the girls do some shopping and maybe messages.

We may take Luna my niece to the pool also. she isn't up yet.

IT'S ALMOST 5:00 AND WE HAVE TO LEAVE FOR THE AIRPORT. DID 15 MINUTES ON STAIRMASTER FOLLOWED BY LYING ADDUCTIONS, ALTERNATING BICEP CURLS AND A STRETCH.

DAY 398

So taday I did my weigh in. I am 132 pounds so I have not lost any weight in a while. I gained the one pound I was trying to lose back. I decided since my vacation starts tomorrow I will not try to lose those pounds this week but will wait until I come home.My mom turns 60 and I will try to make sure she has a good time. I will try to stay in my calorie range and exercise each day. I will try not to gain any more weight though.

I was up early today and did 4 miles in 60 minutes after doing my pushup test, crunch test, and lying adductions. I followed with a stretch and have jello legs right now.

We fly out at 7:20 tomorrow morning 1/2 hour to the airport so we'll leave the house around 5:00. Will probably try to do some stair master before we leave since I won't have much time. Won't have computer access for a while since we get in there at noon and will need to eat and drop stuff off at my mom's and pick stuff up that we need. We are staying at my brothers since my mom's husband smokes and it bothers my allergies and asthma. But I keep stuff like shampoo and conditioner down there so we don't have to bring it each year. Hopefully by this time next year we'll be living down there.

So I started today with a 30 minute 2 mile walk followed by lying adductions, alternating bicep curls, concentration curls and a stretch. Have to get cat food before work. have to get my allergy shots after work. Then I'll come home have dinner and finish my exercise.

So this morning I got my grades for chapters 9 & 10. Right now I have a 94.8 average so I'll try to bring it back up to over 95 with the last 2 chapters. I handed in chapter 11 this morning and will try to finish Chapter 12 by Tuesday night so I don't have to worry about it after I come home next Monday. We leave Wednesday morning.

my exercise I did 4.4 miles in 60 minutes, lying adductions, reverse crunches, alternating bicep curls, tricep dips and pushups followed by a stretch. Muscles twitching now. I had my breakfast so I'm going to color my hair and see what I still need to pack.
