So I did 3 miles on the exercise bike in 20 minutes. Apparently only burned 82 calories so I will do more later. I also did my lying adductions and a stretch. Will do more later. Tomorrow we go home so want to get the most out of my last day with the family.
So today is the big day. We told my mo we re taking her out for a family lunch. She may have some idea that something else is up because it is hard to keep a secret with a 6 and 8 year old running around. We are going to bahama breeze and then coming back to my brothers for cake and snacks later.
Did my exercise and can add a few calories to my meal for today since I exercised extra this week. Today I did 40 minutes 2.5 miles and lying adductions, pushups, and bicycle crunches followed by a strretch.
Its so nice to be on vacation. Got up at 6:00 this morning. Made did 40 minutes 2.5 miles followed by a stretch and lying adductions. made myself bacon and pancakes for breakfast. yum. Also had a banana and peanut butter. Will have a salad for lunch since there was plenty left from dinner last night.
