DAY 410

CARDIO STREAK 410
STRENGTH STREAK 358

So busy morning this morning. got up at 5:00. Did most of my sparking and had a bowl of Cheerios peanut butter multi grain with 1/2 cup of fat free Over the Moon chocolate milk. Then Nick went for a 20 minute 2.6 mile bike ride around the neighborhood. Followed that up with some stretching, lying adductions and seated bicep curls. Then for round 2 we walked our loop did 1.4 miles in 20 minutes and came in for a second stretch. Will do more later. Now time for a banana and peanut butter.

So I started figuring out the new fitness tracker. I had to delete some things I had saved and started over. On other things I started from scratch. I did 30 minutes 2 miles followed by lying adductions, bicycle crunches, alternating bicep curls, triceps dips, and 4 types of stretching exercises 2 for legs and 2 for arms.

So I don't have much time. I got up at 5:00 this morning which is late for me when I'm home and I have to stop to the store on my way in to work. I have to be to work at 7:00 to let the plumbers in to replace the toilet downstairs.

I did do 20 minutes 1.2 miles in the heat this morning will do more later.

So I added my mileage through the new fitness tracker but clicked the button and used the older version to add my stretching and lying adductions. I'll try to figure the new out this weekend. Did 50 minutes 3.5 miles.
Will try to do more strength later but its supposed to get real hot and we have only one air conditioner so our house gets pretty warm sometimes and its supposed to be 95 plus a lot of humidity today. Tomorrow it will rain and start bringing things back to normal here.

Hope people checked out my few pictures yesterday. It's back to work today. I gained 2 pounds on vacation now it's time to get back on track. I'm sure part of that was eating my snack early because they don't eat dinner until 7:00 or later most of the time at my brother's. Also I weighed in yesterday after flying home the day before and having too much salt. Today back on track though. I need to lose 4 pounds to get back to my goal weight so I'll give myself to the end of august to get it back off.

Today I did 30 minutes 2 miles followed by a stretch, lying adductions, alternating bicep curls and tricep dips. We'll see what next weeks weigh in brings.

You will get back into the groove and lose the weight -
It's hard when you are on vacation and go on the schedule of where you are visiting when you eat

    Jennifer, I certainly did and was happy you posted as a blog entry. I enjoyed these very much. When people post they enter a new picture on their photo page, and sometimes I cannot figure out which ones are new or not. So much for being a dizzy blonde.
