SO I WAS UP AT 4:15 AGAIN. WE'LL SEE HOW THE DAY GOES THE MEETING I HAD WEDNESDAY MY BOSS POSTPONED TO TODAY AT 10:00 SO I WILL BE BUSY EARLY TODAY. IT'LL MAKE THE MORNING GO QUICKLY. I DID 50 MINUTES 3.5 MILES FOLLOWED BY STRETCHES, LYING ADDUCTIONS, BICYCLE CRUNCHES, ALTERNATING BICEP CURLS, SEATED BICEP CONCENTRATION CURLS, AND MORE STRETCHING. OFF TO WORK SHORTLY.

So I got a little lazy last night I only did .8 mile in 20 minutes so today I pushed myself. It's a beautiful 62 degrees this morning and we will be getting into the low 90's this weekend so I'll do my majority in the morning with a little extra in the evening if I have any energy. I've been getting up by 4:30 most mornings and hope to sleep until 6:00 this weekend. I need some extra rest.

So today I did 60 minutes 4.5 miles followed by some stretching and my lying adductions. Then I did a little more stretching.

    I hope you can get your extra rest. I get up at 4:15 a few days of the week and those days are killer. It's funny or sad when sleeping until 6 AM is considered sleeping in. LOL!

Did 30 minutes 2 miles followed by a few stretches, seated bicep curls, lying adductions, and tricep dips and some more stretching. Love the torso twist stretch for the abs and glutes.

Got up later this morning almost 5:00 will finish my exercise when I get home. Need my shower.

SO today I got up early again probably because I was so tired last night I went to bed early. Switching things up a little. The last 2 mornings I ate a plum with my vitamins. Usually I don't eat until I'm done exercising and have gotten to work. I am hoping to burn some extra calories and am not sure what I had been doing wrong.

I had gained 2 pounds before vacation and another 2 on vacation so I change. As of this morning I lost 2 of those back. I also decided to lose an extra 2 pounds but I'm more hoping to help me keep at least at my goal weight of 130 instead of over it. Right now I'm 132.5 pounds and 5'6" tall so I'm at a good BMI.

For my exercise I did 30 minutes 2 miles followed by lying adductions, bicycle crunches and some stretches. Then I did another 30 minutes 2 miles. I will go to work now.

So I got up early. The plumber never showed up Friday morning apparently the part didn't come in until 3:00 in the afternoon so I have to be there at 7:00 again this morning. I was up a little after 4:00 though so I got in 60 minutes 4 miles followed by lying adductions, hamstring stretches and hurdler stretches. May try doing more later. I have my last class tonight for the semester and I haven't heard from my advisor yet about the other class I'm supposed to be taking this summer.
