So I had to weigh in either a day early or a day late so since I have to go for my fasting bloodwork this morning I decided a day early and now I('m regretting that decision. I gained 1.5 pounds of the 2 pounds i lost last week. The thing that gets me is my clothes that were loose a few months ago seem bigger now but my measurements haven't gone down.

I did 60 minutes 4 miles followed by my lying adductions and stretches.

Up before 5:00 again this morning. Yesterday I got the extra hour of sleep in the morning and an hour nap in the middle of the day so I was energized this morning. Did 60 minutes 4.2 miles, stretches and lying adductions. Out of lettuce have to go to the store.

So I did 50 minutes 2.8 miles this morning. Nice walk through the country. Nick's hip was bothering him so it was a stroll. I'll do more later. I also did my lying adductions and stretching.

    I have had bursitis in the hip since I was 14 years old. It has slowed me down, but hearing the good news that others with problems just do it, thrills me.
