So my air went out last night while strength training and I didn't do any extra cardio. This morning I got up early and did a 20 minute .9 mile walk in the heat & humidity even though it was 4:45 am when I went out. I did my strength training and stretching, showered, and met Amy at Panera for breakfast. Watermelon Cup and Iced Tea (nonsweetened I hate sweet tea anyways). After work hopefully my boyfriend can figure out what's wrong w/ air though its supposed to be less humid anyways. I'll at least get a short walk in later.
