STRENGTH STREAK 378

So I got up later this morning. Had breakfast after cleaning the house. It was raining pretty good. It finally got to a sprinkle so before it starts raining again I got out and did 30 minutes 2.4 miles followed by lying adductions and a stretch.

    Is it humid in your area also witht he rain - I have such a headache from rain & humdity in California.

So today i was up just before the alarm went off. I did 60 minutes 4.5 miles followed by a stretch and lying adductions. Need to get a few groceries on my way in to work so I'll be leaving shortly.

So today I didn't get up until the alarm went off. emoticon I only had time for m30 minutes 2.2 miles followed by lying adductions and a stretch. Will do more tonight.

Did 60 minutes 4.5 miles followed by lying adductions, bicycle crunches, reverse crunches, alernating bicep curls, tricep dips, modified pushups and some stretching. Tired now and I have to go to work.
