So today I did 30 minutes 2.3 miles followed by a couple stretches, lying adductions and seated bicep curls. I saw that a challenge for one of my teams was to do 30 minutes of different exercise so I did 30 minutes ( 2 at a time of jump roping) I am spent.

DID 4.4 MILES MIN 60 MINUTES. GOT SOME RAIN YESTERDAY AND THE PRESCRIPTION NASAL SPRAY SEEMS TO HAVE REALLY HELPED THIS COLD. FOLLOWED WITH LYING ADDUCTIONS ANS A STRETCH. MAKING MY SALAD FOR LUNCH THEN HAVE TO GO GET FREGGIES FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK.

So today I did 3.9 miles in 60 minutes. It's really hot and humid and was slow going. Did lying adductions and a stretch and modified pushups and tricep dips.

Got thunderstorms last night still high humididty for the next couple of days did 2.6 miles in 40 minutes followed by lying adductions and a stretch. Will try to do more later. Have to go to Allergist for my 1 year follow up at 3:45. Also have to stop to the market on my way in to work for some fat free chocolate milk for my oatmeal.

Got up this morning at 5:30. Made crescent rolls, an omelet, and tea. Then after watching a movie started my exercise. Did 60 minutes 4.4 miles, lying adductions, alternating bicep curls, setaed bicep curls, tricep dips, modified pushups, and stretching.
