So I did 30 minutes 2.3 miles followed by lying aductions, seated concentration curls, tricep dips, and modified pushups. Then after a little stretching realized I still have time for 10 minutes on stair master. I have to go to the doctor's for my yearly physical after my shower.
So this morning I walked to the store to get milk to make blueberry pancakes for breakfast. Then after breakfast had settles. I went for a quick bike ride 1.2 miles in 10 minutes to get my heart rate up then did my lying adductions, bicycle crunches, alternating bicep curls, tricep dips and some stretching. Will do more cardio later.
